It is now 2016 and I ask Riot-sama to provide insight; Evelynn/Syndra is the greatest voice actress; I would like to know who the seiyuu behind the vocalization is.

The voice actor for Evelynn got really into character. Legend has it she's still stealthed somewhere.

I've been told by a Rioter on Reddit that the general policy for VA work is that they remain anonymous unless they themselves request to be officially credited somehow or take public credit themselves- I found this out after asking if Riot could officially credit Lamb's voice actress and commented on how we have multiple champions with great voice work but we have no idea who voiced them and can't send them a letter of recognition for their work, Lamb being the latest at the time (but the voice actress upon Kindred's release publicly announced her identity and thanks for the praise she'd received).
In Evelynn/Syndra's case, the Voice Actress remains anonymous at her disposal. If she wishes to remain anonymous, it's her choice and nobody has to justify her wishes- it's her choice and speculating why someone would wish for that is at best a little disrespectful in my opinion.
I would also like to know who voiced

I was once an aspiring voice actor... but my voice sucks so I dropped it and became a dentist instead.
That being said, I greatly admire what these people have accomplished and want to know who performed for my favorite character.

I really like her voice. It is weird how she sounds wrong in any other version except English. It's like they can't hear her. She sounds young and vicious, but all the other versions or even impersonations make her sound like an old witch. The only good impersonation I've ever heard was done Nicki Taylor in a fan video
