Fix Gentleman Cho'gath's textures

It's really not. It just looks outdated and ugly, making the change in voice the only part of the skin that's "Legendary."

The original texture underneath is part of the charm of the skin. That's like saying Nightmare Cho should get a whole new texture because he's a recolor of the original texture.

I thought the charm of the skin was it costing as much as Battlecast without having a single feature or change outside of his 21 voice lines being redone?

Let's be honest. The skin is 520 RP quality outside of the voice over, and unless Cho gets a complete rework AND his skins get a complete rework it's likely to remain bad. Any bit of basic help it can get to be less of a rip off is something to support.
