Screw the Splash Art Unification
Seriously, I don't understand how it is improving the game.

I like most of the changes, sure there are some I liked the old version for, but I imagine you could find the old splash as a custom skin if it means that much to you.
Its so that each region doesn't have their own different splash arts for the same exact skin. Unifying these means they only need to make one splash art for the same skin across all reagions.

Two different splash arts for one skin. And its more common then you think. Unifying the splashs means less overall work in making splash arts since they only need to make one splash art for all regions.
