As they say Xerath has a chance to explode because of his unstable arcane body, and how Shurima is one of the most progressing regions, Xerath has a higher chance to die than any other champions IMO. He is progressing, he has chance to explode. He is also a villain. We know what happens to villains.

Honestly I think Nasus'll die before Xerath, at the hands of Renekton. Then Renekton'll kill Xerath. Then Renekton'll be left alone with his sins.

I think that Renekton or Nasus will die before him,simply because Xerath feels like the final boss of the shurima story,so their big showdown will likely occur before the big fight against Xerath.
I think Renekton and Susan are better candidates for a death worth to be written.
Xerath death would be more of a plot tool and I can't see Azir dieing either (nor Sivir nor Taliyah).
