Will champions with limited voice lines get love?

Something as small as adding more lines to some of league's older champions even if they dont need a VGU?

It gets kind of annoying when im playing the game and all I here is

"I do not tolerate cowardice"

"Make no mistakes"

"I have my orders"

"Noxus will rise"

"Carve a path"

Over and over and over and over and over

Kind of like how Shen says Balance and Equilibrium a thousand times before he hits lvl 6.

I think the only voice lines I've ever actually noticed are Kindred's. "Tell me a story, little lamb" is my favorite.
