Woad scout quinn and pheonix seems to be missing the speed up animation.
When running with homegaurd, hitting her W passive or fleetwork on these two skins she doesn't do her usual animation. Please fix.

I actually never noticed this maybe because those are the only 2 skins I ever really use and I love the new running animation a lot. But I agree they should fix that, probably wont since its Quinn and shes not popular. [sg-soraka]
I reported this a while back along with the bug that causes her quiver to stab through her chest whenever she /laughs. Seems like it's on the back burner for now since it's not a major issue.
