over 7 years the community gave riot over a billion of idea of announcers and all you thought about, was giving ahri an announcer?
i'm disappointed, really disappointed by that we get an ahri announcer instead of like a 
announcer that people hyped so much in s2, but at least karthus can get a global quote on ult right?

I feel like having a Karthus announcer wouldn't make sense during an SG event : ^)
Also, this complaint is stupid. During the Dark Star gamemode release, we got a Dark Star Thresh announcer for Normal games, because they had the Dark Star announcer in the gamemode. Now with the SG gamemode, we have a SG Ahri announcer, and accordingly, they made a SG Ahri announcer for Normals.
This doesn't mean shit. It's still going to be temporary, if there's a Shadow Isle event I'm sure Karthus is a prime announcer for it, but complaining about something else entirely, when a different gamemode had already done the same thing, well it comes off like petty and just blind to the context. Even the Butcher Bridge followed the same path as this.

Most f2p arena games have multiple voice packs people can choose to use, not limited by an "event" time window.
Wish League would do that as well. I realize it'd be a lot of work to give an entire announcer pack to several champions, but that'd be sick as hell. I want a 
one.
