So, with Eve's VGU on the Horizon, will she be an actual Shadow Isles champion?

She has always been loosely related to them, or at least rumored to be hailing from these cursed Lands, yet she never really had a place in the lore.

Like, it would be a neat way to make Evelynn have ties with the Shadow Isles, maybe Mordekaiser's bones were affected by a spell that cursed the thief after his downfall?

Though she is confirmed to be from there she seems to have a weird relationship since unlike many shadow isle that needs the mist she actively leaves the shadow isle, with how she was last seen in Zuan in her short story

I hope not.

TBH, I don't think riot should do anything with her backstory as at this point having one doesn't fit her, I think her being the one "mysterious past" champion is fine, and I think she's better off not being officially undead.
