Do Bristle and Valor have souls?

Given the fact that the Krakenwyrmm had a soul that was ensnared by the Black Mist during Shadow and Fortune, as well as some animal looking things trapped in the mist too, I feel like it's safe to assume animals have souls just as sentient beings do.

Actually, Bristle has a soul, but Sejuani doesnt because she was ginger before obtaining that weapon of true ice
