@RIOT Super Galaxy Elise has glued down hair while every other new skin gets flowy locks.
for a 1350 skin, its unfair to Elise and the players who buy the skin.

I kinda just makes sense in this case considering she's part machine. I would want it to keep rigid shapes. Kinda like Camille's hair.
Probably rigging issues so they never made it.
Unlike katarina/zoe for example, Elise was never rigged with long hair, so they'd have to make a new rig for her model, animate the hair to work like hair, and do clarity checks since Elise doesn't typically have long floating hair so anybody who isn't familiar that's her skin can be tricked in to thinking "long hair? Must be a new kat/diana skin."
I'm more upset they removed her skirt (?) in the past two skins (SKT, SG), which did have their own rigs and models, they just insisted on removing it despite her first 3 skins having them and blood moon implementing them as rope.
