This rework is looking really great, can't wait to play him.
Unlike other VGUs, each of Swain's skins seems to be really unique. I think all of them will have new particles.
If Tyrant looks as good in game as it does in the splash art I'm going to have to get some more RP...
The pirate one is incredible but... that's swain? the heavily seasoned strategist warlock? it looks more like a pirate of the Caribbean knock off who spends more time at the gym than sailing OR strategizing OR warlock-ing

I'll play his Classic, Overall I think Swain's new Appearance is top-notch.
I usually play with Classic Skins despite owning skins on certain champions like 
(Even though I have all his skins, I play mostly on Classic or Warmonger) & occassionally

For Swain, I'll honestly play Classic or pick-up Bilgewater. They both look amazing to me.
I like how most people don't realize that Swain still has the same balding hair pattern. Like, yes is hair is longer, but he still has spots that are balding. It just means he didn't cut it down that far.
Bildgewater does not have new particles I believe, new birds though.
I wanted Classic Swain to have a beard like Reinhardt's. Sadly, Classic doesn't have a beard, but Northern Front does, and I like that.
