Eh might as well make a list, based on my personal thoughts:

  • Aatrox Only special interaction is with Tryndamere; no item interactions, kill lines, ward lines or otherwise.
  • Ahri Poster child for "This is why we need VO updates".
  • Akali Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Alistar Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Amumu Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Anivia Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Annie Barebones VO with no interactions. Was updated with her VGU in 2013, but only in a small way.
  • Ashe Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Blitzcrank Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Brand Still references summoners.
  • Caitlyn Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Chogath Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Corki Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Darius Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Diana Not so in line with her characterisation anymore and no interactions with anything.
  • DrMundo Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Draven Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Elise Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Ezreal Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Fiddlesticks Still references summoners.
  • Fiora Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Fizz Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Garen Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Gragas Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Graves Barebones VO with one interaction.
  • Hecarim Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Heimerdinger The lowest of low priority. Numerous champion interactions and ability usage lines but no ward lines, first move lines, kill lines etc.
  • Irelia Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Janna Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • JarvanIV Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Jax Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Jayce Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Jinx Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Karma Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Kassadin Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Katarina Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Kayle Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Kennen Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Khazix Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything. Not even Rengar.
  • KogMaw Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Leblanc Still references summoners.
  • LeeSin Still references summoners.

  • Nami Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Nasus Good characterisation, but only has interactions with Renekton. Low priority at best.
  • Nautilus Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Nidalee Still references summoners.
  • Nocturne Still references summoners.
  • Nunu Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Olaf Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Orianna Not so in line with her characterisation anymore and no interactions with anything.
  • Pantheon Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Quinn Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Rammus SPECIAL CASE. Barebones VO with no interactions, but that's part of his charm. Could have a few more lines but really he still works with basically none. Could use an actual taunt though. And an actual laugh.
  • Renekton Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Rengar Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything aside from Kha'Zix, and his is VERY specific since it's an ult vs ult interaction.
  • Riven Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Rumble Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Sejuani Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Shaco Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Shen Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Shyvana Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Singed Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Sivir Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Skarner Still references summoners.
  • Sona Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Soraka Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Swain Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Syndra Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Talon Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Teemo Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Thresh Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything aside from a random Nautilus interactions.
  • Trundle Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • Tryndamere Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • TwistedFate Good characterisation, but only has interactions with Graves.
  • Udyr Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Varus Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Vayne Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Veigar Barebones VO with no interactions, even if it is a great VO.
  • Velkoz Weird case. Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything in most of his skins. For some reason he has champion taunts, ONLY in his Battlecast skin, and these are interactions that mainly work for classic Vel'Koz. This should probably be fixed.
  • Vi Good characterisation, but only has interactions with Caitlyn.
  • Viktor Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Vladimir Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Volibear Good characterisation, but only has interactions with Zilean because of a silly forum meme thing.
  • MonkeyKing Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything. Not even Yi.
  • Xerath Lacks some interactions with items, warding and such, but otherwise good. Low priority at best.
  • XinZhao Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Yasuo The lowest of low priority. Numerous champion interactions and ability usage lines but no ward lines, first move lines, kill lines etc.
  • Zac Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Zed Good characterisation, but only has interactions with Shen.
  • Ziggs Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.
  • Zilean Barebones VO with no interactions.
  • Zyra Good characterisation, but no interactions with anything.

...Why do I do these things? They're never really needed.

I would even argue champions like Thresh.

Even master yi, that got reworked around s3, had new VO but still does not quote items or such.

I think champs like Nidalee and Nocturne are in dire need, because they have a lot of lines reffering to the Summoners, which are no longer canon.

Morde lost lines during his Rework and frankly doesn't have close to half what new champions do.
