Voting was OK, but we need a Kickstarter culture for new skins

I thought the voting on the Illoai skin was nice. But I think we need to create a form of Kickstarter to decide on skins. In otherwords, you should let people vote with blue essence on skins they intend to purchase. This shouldn't be the case on everything, but every once in awhile, let people vote with skin in the game.
