Who voiced Star Guardian Jinx?

Was it Jinx's original voice actor, just putting on a different tone of voice? Or was it someone different all together?

Because, as fantastic a skin as it looks, the voice sounds....slightly off. She sounds as if she was voiced by someone doing a Jinx impression, rather than Jinx herself.

Could I get a confirmation on this, please? It's been niggling at me since I listened to the VO this morning.
