Is the worst out of the ultimate skins. The least they could do is add in a chroma or change the colors as he evolved, but as it is now the blue isn't even a different blue from the color used for his default skin.

The big gimmick is the transformation, but with how little the skin actually changes at levels 6, 11, and 16, Kha'zix can compete with just his default.

Lets make sure that there are actually skins for every champ before reworking a skin for a champ with 9 skins
