Why isn't any champion workshipped officially by mortals?

There are plenty of champions that have possibility to be worshipped but nothing is at paper. Even pathetic things were worshipped in human history, then why do people deny Taliyah's immense powers as example? Shuriman people could workship her as a goddess since magic is incredibly rare in Runeterra, and most of them likely do not even believe on magic. People could see Mordekaiser as God of Death, Thresh as God of Pain, Kalista as Goddess of Vengeance, Xerath as God of Magic, Aurelion Sol as God of Cosmos etc.

Well its likely because magic is a thing. Sure it is rare,but people are aware of it anyway,so they can more easily explain the supernatural.

Though Rammus and probably some of the ascended are actually worshipped(an ionian merchant referred to Azir as some bird god) and Kindred also seems to be worshipped in Noxus(as mentioned in the lore of Karthus).
