Assuming he's the ADC I'm hoping for I'd like to buy a skin. Having said that, he only has Urf Rider and Dragonwing. Am I SOL on his other ones? How often do they come around? I'm most interested in Red Baron, but UFO and Toboggan seem interesting. Just wondering.

They need to make more skins for Corki.
I think red baron is available once or twice a year when they unvault the heavy legacy stuff. Tobaggan I've only seen for sale around Christmas, I think. UFO Corki was a weird promotional thing from years ago and, as far as I know, he was only ever given out that one time.
I have all of them except UFO, and, weirdly, it's Hot Rod Corki that gets most of the compliments. Every time I use that skin, someone tells me they didn't even know it existed.
I just bought him an hour ago as well lol. Thinking about urf myself. Btw current meta for him is mid actually.
You'll have to wait for some time till Riot opens the Legacy Vault for Red Baron Corki. Toboggan from what I remember - might come during Legacy Vault reopenings or can be obtainable from the Mystery Gift option if you really want to opt to that.
As for UFO Corki...that's a really exclusive skin that's unobtainable atm. It was more of an event skin much like King Rammus from the earlier years of League. Red Baron is probably your best.
Would be nice to see newer skins for Corki though I assume Riot is gonna yordlify him first before doing so.

Ice Toboggan is definitely during the winter season. Red Baron and UFO, I'm not sure. I already have Red Baron and I'm not really interested in UFO I think it's not my style. I just wish they had a more technological looking skin or a visual rework. I'm glad they gave him the package and made his damage half magic (He still deals damage when he's blinded because of this, so suck it Satan 
) And they even updated some of the visual effects and projectiles and the ability icon but there could have been more changes to visuals. I feel he's pretty out of style.
I wanted to buy the Fnatic Skin but I don't think it will ever be available again.
