Yorick still doesn't have a new skin

He was released in 2011. He has never received a skin past his release date, not even to celebrate his rework.

This should change.

I'm sure they have something in mind for Warwick and Yorick, but they do need new skins. They spent a lot of time updating the old ones, so it may be awhile.
