I created a New Champion....Draven's Twin Brother. Is it good?

Name: Craven

Story: Craven is the Twin Brother of Draven. The reason you haven’t heard of Craven is because he was working as an Accountant at the Riot Company. Craven decides to quit his job and join League of Legends because he was bored of his job.

Passive: [Disabler]- Craven hates Turret Huggers, so being within 500 range of Craven while under turret disables the turret for 5 seconds. [2 minute cooldown]

[Q] Armor Penetrator- Craven also hates Armor. Craven also likes to Penetrate people because he’s Craven. For 15 seconds Craven ignores 20% armor for each visable enemy champion within 1500 range of Craven. For every Champion that is within his range another 20% is added until it is maxed at 100%. [20 second cooldown][40 Mana]

[W] The Ruby of Life- Craven has a special Ruby Crystal around his neck that permanently gives him 10 health for every minion he kills. [Toggled Ability that stays activated]

[E] Stand Aside 2.0- Craven has the same ability to Knock aside champions, but instead, his targets are stunned for 1.5 seconds and he ignores 10% of their armor and his next Auto attack will Crit, dealing damage=5x10% of Craven’s max Health. [14 second coolown][80 Mana]

[R] CRAAAAAAAAAAAVEN- Craven’s Next 3 Auto attacks are global and the 3rd auto attack Critically Strikes. [100 second cooldown] [120 Mana]
