Name: Alan (The Spirit of the Shadow Isles)

Passive: Soul Transfer- When a minion dies around Alan, he recovers 15% of his maximum health. when an ally is around him, the health is recovery is shared.

[Q] Warp Panel Range: 650 Alan Summons a Warp Circle that Transports all allies or enemies to his location [15/14/13/12/11 Second Cooldown][85 Mana]

[W] Leech Hook Range: 500 Alan throws a hook that suppresses the enemy for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. This ability can only be used when there is an ally nearby. This ability also steals 10% of the targets health and healing him and his ally. (Can only heal the closest ally to him.) [12/11/10/9/8 Second Cooldown][60 Mana]

[E] Soul Prison Range: 350 Width 500 Alan Summons a Soul Prision that traps targets within it for 3 seconds. Targets that dash through it, touches the side, or flashes through it are stunned for 2 seconds and take 350 Magic Damage. [17/15/13/11/9 Second Cooldown][50 Mana]

[R] Transferance- The next 3 Auto Attacks of the ally Alan Clicks becomes global and also applies a 50% slow for 1 second on the final auto. [150/100/50 Second Cooldown][150 Mana]

So, after reading just the first line, I would have to say you should be more creative with the champ name. "Alan" for a spirit from the Shadow isles?? Doesn't fit at all.

Mordekaiser, Thresh, Karthus, Alan. LOL

Passive is too much. Maybe reduce the percentage. Q is too similar to Ryze's new ult. W is fine. E is too similar to Thresh's ult and Veigar's E.

Nice concept but try to be more original.

I'm sorry, but this guy's too shoe-horned into the support role without having any reason to be there. His passive is a self-heal, his Q is displacement, his W is burst and supress, his E's zone control. This is the ideal Top laner, but he can't use his W when alone, his heal spreads and his R can only be used on allies. Ontop of that, some of his spells seem to be ripped off of other champions. His Passive is an extremely empowered version of Trundle's passive and his E is Veigar's zone except you can't flash away from it and it deals damage. Even what little lore we can gather from his title is super generic. "Spirit of the Shadow Isles"? So he's one of approximately half the inhabitants of the Shadow Isles? What makes him different? Nothing apparently, except for having the most generic name in League. So to answer your question bluntly, no, I don't like it.

This guys feels like a mutilated amalgamation of champions. (Thresh, Veigar, Trundle.)

Also the numbers are crazy. For instance, his passive: 100%/15% ~= 7. Only 7 minions have to die for him to regain full health. (From below 1% hp.) The answer is NO. Even 2% is enough to make a good passive. Sharing that percentage is beyond broken. Not every ADC is meant to be at full health all the time, this would give them all of the benefit of a healing support with none of the drawbacks.

The Q is both confusing in your presentation and gamebreaking in application. (Presumably).

The W is a lot of CC (Thresh hook...) plus... percent health true damage lifesteal healing? On a 12 second coldown...

You gave him an upgraded Thresh Ultimate on his E with a 17 second cooldown...

Also, while interesting, the R is very powerful, and most helpful on Jhin only. For most ADCs, if they need the global range, then the 50% slow will be worthless. (It's also helpful on Jhin because Jhin likes to keep his distance, and with this, could slowly but safely nuke you with 3 massive autos.)

I'm sorry this critique is so brutal, but I was having trouble finding anything I liked. I'll say there are elements that are unique, but each unique element is broken. And there are too many of them. I'd suggest that your next step be to take a serious look at existing champions and consider why champions are balanced as they are.

Too broken. You have some nice ideas, like the W. But most of his kit is just too toxic.

Passive: 15% is waaaay too much. Probably 2% would work. Also, it doesn't feel unique. It's just Trundle's passive on steroids. Maybe make it work only near allies.

** Q:** It needs more counterplay. AoE Blitzcrank hook is just too much.

W: Completely fine. Probably just increase the mana cost and the cd late game.

E: Doesn't feel unique. It's literally Veigar E dealing damage.

** R:** Too.. gamechanging. Imagine it's interaction with Ekko's E. Maybe rework it to ''Increase an ally's attack range and base stats by 25/ 50/ 75 % (base stats= champion's stats with no items; works with runes and masteries).

Passive: Soul Transfer- When a minion dies around Alan, he recovers 15% of his maximum health. when an ally is around him, the health is recovery is shared.

Too op. Try making it as such: 5% healing, and split into 5 ally champions

[Q] Warp Panel Range: 650 Alan Summons a Warp Circle that Transports all allies or enemies to his location [15/14/13/12/11 Second Cooldown][85 Mana]

Too much like Ryse's ult. Change it.

Sounds good on paper, but fast champions like Lee or aware summoners can make this a moot point.

Not bad regarding a trap that can damage upon any attempt of escaping, but it feels too much like Veigar's E.

[R] Transferance- The next 3 Auto Attacks of the ally Alan Clicks becomes global and also applies a 50% slow for 1 second on the final auto. [150/100/50 Second Cooldown][150 Mana]

NO. LAST THING ANYONE WANTS IS A CHAMPION ONE SHOTING YOU AT YOUR BASE WHILE THEY'RE AT THEIR BASE.

His passive too strong. His q is like a ryze ult. His w is vsing hook champs like thresh and blitz already. His e is thresh ult already. His r seems boring
