Introduction

Hello everyone. Some of you may have seen my other creation known as the "Mos Hlub". Here is yet another addition I wanted to share with the community and Riot. As I stated in my other discussion, I want to share a bit of my culture (Hmong) which isn't well known since League seems to only have myths and legends from major cultures.

Cultural Backstory

The true name of this entity is called "Poj Ntxoog" pronounced Paw- (n-zone). It is known as a mischievous spirit that appears in the form of a little girl or a woman with long untidy hair (think of the girl from The Ring or The Grudge, but this entity is different from those two). These spirits are known to be very dangerous and terrifying and yet quite fragile too (one man once claimed he scared one to death by sneaking up on it). They are known to strangle people or steal their souls.

Lore

In the darkness of the Shadow Isles, a tormented soul wanders in search of prey. It is said that this soul suffered such torment that her form has become something of a horror to behold. Her feet are backwards with the heels at the forefront and the toes at the back; her eyes are vertical with the eye lids closing in from the sides as opposed to top down and her hair long and unkempt covering much of her face. Her fingers are said to be melded together and curled up into a half scoop sort of form.

Those who fall prey to her become her minion forever. Their will becomes hers. Their form becomes what she wills them to be. Those who face her unknowingly make the mistake of attacking her head on as the image they see before them is nothing more than an illusion. She uses this illusion to distract her prey while she strikes from behind. Unfortunately, the Shadow Isles do not possess a large enough supply of living souls and so she is now seen in the battlefields of justice striking terror in the hearts of her prey.

Abilities

Passive: Spiritual Subjugation Whenever Mai kills an enemy unit, she gains a charge of spirit. When she reaches 5 charges of spirit, she immediately summons a clone of herself that deals 10% (Base AD) + 5% of her AP as magic damage and they are able to use her Q ability at 10% of its total damage. She can have up to 5 clones summoned at one time.

The clones only imitate her attacks and Q casts. They do not act on their own nor do they move away from her.

In addition, whenever she or her clone(s) are attacked, 10% of the damage received will be transferred to each of her clones or her. This means that if she has 5 clones up and she receives damage, each of the clone absorbs 10% of that damage up to 50% total leaving her to take only 50% of the original damage received. This same effect occurs whenever any of her clones receive damage.

Her clones take an extra 50% damage from all sources (this does apply to the transferred damage as well). If she already has 5 clones up, her stacks will remain at 5 until a clone dies.

Q: Soul Strike (CD: 10/9/8/7/6) (Mana: 50/55/60/65/70)

Mai and her clone(s) attack their prey with a wave of spirit energy in an attempt to temporarily dislodge their prey's soul. This deals 50/80/110/140/170 + (60% AP) as magic damage. Enemies struck by this ability who are below 60% health after being struck will leave behind a ghostly afterimage of themselves at the spot where they were hit. This image will remain for 3 seconds leaving the soulless vessel vulnerable and reducing the vessel's armor and magic resist by 6/10/14/18/22 for the duration unless the vessel returns to pick up their soul.

This effect does not stack nor is it triggered by her clones.

W: Vicious Appetite (CD: 18/16/14/12/10) (Mana: 60/65/70/75/80)

Mai and her clones become enraged by their sinful desire for souls. They grow claws on their fingers increasing the damage they deal with either autos or spells by a flat 5/10/15/20/25 and their attack speed is increased by 10/20/30/40/50% for 3 seconds.

E: Illusive Flank (CD: 20/18/16/14/12) (Mana: 40/45/50/55/60) (Range: 700)

Mai and her clones teleport behind her targeted prey while leaving behind an illusion. They will become invisible and remain invisible for as long as the illusions are up or until Mai attacks/uses a spell. The illusions take an extra 200% damage from all damage sources and last up to 5 seconds.

R: Strangulation (CD: 100/80/60) (Mana: 100)

Mai and her minion clones all grab for the target enemy champion's neck and strangle it for 1.5 seconds dealing 50/75/100 magic damage + (60% AP) every 0.5 second and at the end of the duration the target feints from the lack of air stunning it for 1 second. During this time, the enemy champion is slowed by 50% + 5% for each clone.
