Stella is a utility mage who can debuff the enemy team and help her own team. She is sort of a
but less of an assassin and has more utility.
In short, she is an all-around.

Passive: Magicians Secret
1 second after casting a basic ability, Stella activates the area around where she casted the ability. Upon activation, enemies are debuted and have their armor and magic resistance lowered by 6(+1/level). This area lasts 4 seconds.
For clarification, the debuff ranks up to 24. At level 1, it is 7 (since it gets 1 per level) and at level 18 it is 24. I don't normally do this but I wanted this to be clear as possible.

Stella tosses her hat in the air. When it lands (1 second later) her and nearby allies become invisible for 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5 seconds. Upon breaking invisibility with an attack, the attack will deal 20/35/50/65/80 (+30% AP) bonus magic damage.
W: Sleight of Hand
Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 **Mana: 60/70/80/90/100
Stella causes confusion to enemies at a location. Confused enemies: -Have massively reduced sight range (reduced to 600/575/550/525/500) -Have a 45/50/55/60/65% chance to miss their attacks
The duration of the confusion is 1.8 seconds. Enemies confused take 55/80/105/130/155 (+40% AP) magic damage over the duration.
E: Magical Touch
Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 Mana: 0
Passive: Stella and her nearby allies gain 6/7/8/9/10 experience whenever they use an ability on an enemy champion. This cannot occur more than twice every 5 seconds.
Active: Stella sends a bolt of magic at an enemy champion, taking 12/14/16/18/20% of their current mana. The bolt then bounces back to her, restoring the mana to her and her nearby allies.
If the enemy does not use mana, Magicians Secret is immediately cast in the area instead of having a 1 second delay.
R: Rabbit Sabotage
Cooldown: 85/75/65 Mana: 120/130/140
Stella summons a fake rabbit to dash to an area, then immediately dissapear. When the rabbit dissapears, all enemy champions near it have their ability cooldowns increased by 2.5/3/3.5 seconds. Enemy ultimates take 1.5x effect from this skill.
