At first there was nothing. And then, boom, giant explosion birth universe into existence. At that time, all which contained in the universe, was just wild uncontrollable energies, but even then, grand plant of destiny was decided. Everything in the universe, things that were and things that will be, was bound by fate into one glorious design. God, celestials, mortals, stars, planets, alternative universes and realms - everything and every event was carefully planed by fate. Yet, after millions of years, something is trying to mess with this divine plan. It is E.N.D. and it posses more threat than anyone could imagine. For that one reason, Lady Fate, the embodiment of destiny, materialized in Runeterra - to fix what E.N.D. is doing, return everything as it should be and continue universe as she had planned.

http://i68.tinypic.com/eafwj4.jpg With chaos spreading over Runeterra, stronger and stronger individuals appearing, war breaking out in varios places and ancient magic being released, even other realms are being affected. With many unusual phenomena occurring, rifts into foreign worlds appearing out of nowhere, wild magic rampaging through the world, something had to happen.

Five stages of the E.N.D. started occurring though out the world, warning people of eventual chaos of third rune war.

  1. Reality distortion and gateway to the world of the nightmares. When creatures from the dream realm started appearing in Valoran, it was only the matter of time when will permanent rift to the dream realm appears. Now, one appeared near ancient ruins of Shurima, allowing dream beings to invade Runeterra to no end.
  2. Opening gates to the underworld, as the dead will be flooding back to the world of the living. Tartown, an undead giant and a prison to evil souls was summoned into Runeterra, together with all demons inside, was the beginning of demonic invasion into Valoran.
  3. Forgotten god returning back to from oblivion. As lunar temple crumbled down, moon god's presence started surface back into universe, raining down into Runeterra lunar magic more than any time before.
  4. Angels stepping down from the heavens to fight against chaos and darkness. While several angels were residing in Valoran quite some time, a doorway was opened to the world of angels and a small army of them entered Valoran. They offered their help fighting against fores of darkness, but angels have another purpose being here - control of Runeterra.
  5. Human killing a human, god killing a god, when hear of gold is pierced by claws of darkness, life disappears form this world. While this haven't happened yet, the time of the last stage of the E.N.D is drawing close.

Armies are preparing for the war, forces of darkness and light are stirring up, even celestials are feeling uneasy, because fifth stage might happen at any time. Or maybe, a hero will rise, to stop this war from happening and will save the world from destruction. Only time will tell.

Now, army of demons and nightmare beings are forming near the ruins of Shurima, while angels are heavily supported by Demacia. Some people of the north view this as a sing of return of the Watchers, while Void worshipers see this as dark destiny they envisioned. However, there is a presence, dark and vile, orchestrating all these events, trying to hasten the E.N.D. This presence isn't one of mortals, neither does it belong to immortal or a god. It belongs to the chaos itself, creator of underworld and beginning of everything which is evil. Sir Gram the Evil - malevolent being made out of death, suffering and madness, is working day and night to bring destruction to every world and every realm, and recreation of universe in his own image. There is no evil greater than him, there is no bigger threat. Now, heroes of Runeterra have to protect their home, fight against demons, nightmares and even an incarnation of evil. Third rune war is about to happen and the aftermath of it will be the eradication of life in Runetera. Will heroes of Valoran be able to stop this war from happening? Or will the evil win?

...............

Before universe was born, two unimaginable forces collided - force of creation and force of destruction. As the two fought, nothing was left behind - everything omni-creator created was destroyed by omni-destroyer. Yet, something had to change for universe to be born, as this fight couldn't last for all eternity. And something did change. Omni-creator finally won and absorbed omni-destroyer into himself, giving birth to the universe and everything inside. As time passed, when energies of creation and destruction collided, these clashes gave birth to the celestials. Being made of creation and destruction, celestials represented the balance of universe. However, even before they were born into existence, something even more gander was already pulsing with power and thoughts. It was fate of universe. All starts, all planets, living beings and the smallest of particles belonged to it. Fate moved things, people, celestials and everything within universe - she planned what and when will happen, changed everything to fit its plan. Fate is master of time and hold control of everything within the universe, as fate is representation of omni-creator and omni-destroyer. Fate decided evolution of the universe and the end of it. However, there is two places, where even fate can't reach, because those two aren't created by fate and don't exists int he flow of time. Those two places are: the Void and the Dream Realm. Unnatural and bizarre, these places was too far way from the reach of fate, so it is natural that something threatening could emerge from these two unnatural realms.

As things went from bad to worse, Fate felt something is about to happen, but it couldn't see into future of these events. For the first time, Fate was scared, so it crate a body for itself, so intervene into these evens, before things destroyed fate's plans. So, a divine being descend on the land of Valoran - embodiment of destiny opened her eyes, beings living representation of fate, she could be viewed as all-mighty being. Nearly nothing can stand before her, as she holds the destiny of everything within the universe. Yet, she could not enter the void or the dream real, as those weren't hers domains. So, while she can't do anything about them, she started to move things as to prevent any disaster from happening. She moves angels into invading Runeterra, whispered into ears of holy knights, causing them to revive and old order of Trinity guardians. Being master of time and space, he have all time in the universe prepare for E.N.D, but she can't stop it from happening.

Also, taking form of a being, caused fate slowly develop a personality. She is calm, yet have a bit twisted sense of humor and can't stand if something isn't as she planned, but sometimes she let things slide, if she view them as not important ones, because she have greater things to worry about. She don't tolerate great defiance, and while she spends most of her time high above Runeterra, from time to time she descends to the ground and even interacts with mortals personally. You could say, that she is beginning to feel lonely. For millions of years fate was alone, manipulating everything to follow its plans, but now whet it have body, fate is beginning to see her as the part of the universe, not the ruler of it. And it is beginning to effect Lady Fate, as she is losing the grip on the universe and spends more and more time interacting with mortals. She fears nothing, as she have infinite power in her disposal and no other being could do anything to her and are in her control. Nevertheless, she is also very trustworthy, if you can say it. She always keeps her word, do what she will do and keeps all her promises. One day, when she descended, she found a little girl on the side of the road. Lady Fate: hello, little mortal. Girl: i got.... lost (girl started crying). Lady Fate: well, little mortal, it is your destiny to get lost and find your way back home. Just follow... Girl: (screaming and crying) i want my mommy... where is my mommy... Lady Fate: listen, little mortal, i have a plan for you. Girl: (crying even louder) moooooomyyyyyy... Lady Fate: fine, i think i can let this one slide. And with those words, Lady Fate teleported lost girl back to home, back to girl's mommy.

Outside of time and space manipulation, she can also forge weapons out of cosmic energies. Her weapons can destroy destinies, cutting thought fate of anything they touch. Even celestials could vaporized by them, but as she becomes closer to mortals and loses her grip of universe, so does her powers - they weaken. And even is she don't notice it, someone will. That someone is bidding its time, waiting in shadows outside of universe. Lady Fate and this other being are preparing for a war, and battle field will probably be Runeterra. She is mostly confident in her powers, but she still feels uneasy. All these new feelings are weakening Lady Fate and this might give that other being a chance to win this war.

I've noticed that you've made so many concepts, just out of curiosity. How do you make so many so quickly like I barely have made one full concept lol

Also this idea is pretty interesting also I think the q has a little to much. It has the spear to do damage, the mark to deal extra damage, a pull, and a stun all in one ability. I think you should maybe take something out of it just cuz that's a little much for one ability but other than that the concept seems good

Nothing particularly special about it. I am have about 155 IQ, thousands of ideas and could pop concepts faster than people could read them. I always been like that - creative. Really, nothing special about.

Mark doesn't do extra damage. You have misread something. Also, stun happens only if she pulls an enemy into herself, so that enemy have to be pretty close. Stun is conditional, but i see what you mean.

Her passive is too strong. Right off the bat, if she's going to have a champion execute please make sure it is only that. Don't add the empowering aspects to it. It's already strong enough.

The Q is extraordinarily versatile, but I like it. I think it's good and should be kept. But I would remove the 'cast while moving' part. That's unnecessary power.

For her W, I would reduce the AD scaling to 5%. Because it's a flat health steal it's essentially true damage, and this would synergize far too well with a BoRK and a Ravenous Hydra or Bloodthirster. It's either that or reduce the attack speed bonus. Because of it's attack speed boost, she can afford to build heavy AD and basically just shred tanks. (And that's not even taking the empowered attack, which, remember, I think is unnecessary, into consideration.)

I don't really have suggestions for her E. It's really strong, but it has a long cooldown to compensate.

I don't have a specific problem with her ult, it's really strong, and difficult to balance, but it's not necessarily 'OP', except I would give it a max duration so that she can't simply target the tank and take her sweet time killing him. I might also give enemies the ability to damage the walls, or something, so that if necessary they can tear down the barrier. But those are more balance of life changes than 'this ability is only acceptable if you do X' suggestions. I would definitely rewrite it though, the writing was a little sloppy on the

I am aware of it. Tried to make it pretty weak, but still significant. Fighting ADC, 10% of max health should be around 200. Her Q does about that much damage, so it should matter what kills an enemy: Q or passive. Fighting tanks with 4000k health, 10% is 400 and that is quite a lot, but still, most of champions can easily deal more than that with a single ability or basic attack. So, passive is strong, but not that strong.

Fair point.

I prefer to leave it as it is, because of thematic reasons and how the rest of her kit works.

Yeah, I looked at the damage on her abilities, and saw that the execute isn't very strong. The real issue is that it heavily counters tanks, which everything in her kit does. Interestingly enough, if her abilities only get empowered upon the passive being applied, then it's really a teamfight passive. Which is fine, except that Once the kills start stacking up, I see the true damage just pouring out in ridiculous amounts. Maybe it doesn't need to be removed, but the power should be shifted around a bit so that the abilities aren't so strong on their own if that's the case. Again, please don't change the Q. In this case, I'm really just thinking about the W.

regonas5 votes

{quoted}

Didn't you skipped that her abilities can be empowered trough passive only once every 6 sec? Her damage should be too high, doubled checked everything to make sure, that she would deal moderate damage, even as true damage.

CrimsonCobra31 votes

Oh, I did miss that.

CrimsonCobra31 votes

In that case, her passive is fine. It's just the W.

W is auto=attack augment, which deals low damage, only thing is, that damage is drained and added to her. If damaged get nerfed, this entire ability will become nerfed, thus making it too weak. If attack speed gets nerfed, then damage and healing will be nerfed as well, thus again, making ability too weak. Not much could be done, to say the truth. Without actual testing, it is either a little bit too strong or little bit too weak.

I disagree: 25/30/35/40/45% is much more manageable. (Remember that once she equips the other blade it increases to 50/60/70/80/90%) That looks more manageable for the damage. Given that nerf I might increase the AP scaling to 10% or 15%, especially given her low AP scaling. Remember the new Guinsoo's is going to release soon and mess up the As meta again for a while. (It's not going to be OP, but it'll be quite strong on a number of champions it wasn't previously as good on. =my opinion.)

Well, ok. Maybe you are right. Thing is - equipping two blades should be that easy, because it requires some CDR or/and E.

I'm assuming that it's going to be the go-to combo. Personally, I wanted to maintain the early attack speed, but I couldn't nerf it properly if I did. Maybe 30/35/40/45/50% doubling to 60/70/80/90/100%.

Oh it's cuz of the empowered part. That's what I was referring to as in extra damage maybe just take off the empowered for that one ability just cuz that's an overload to one ability. Damage, pull, stun, and empowered damage is just a lot I believe.

Well, in team fights, i don't think you will get your abilities empowered easily, outside of R. Don't forget, you need to kill something with passive to empower your abilities and empowerment lasts for 2 sec. Are you sure you would get to use it easily?

Not always. I search in net for similar pictures. If i can't find anything similar, then i make basic design myself. Examples: Primitive one 3D one

As you may know, making design myself takes a lot time, too. So, if i can use picture from net, then i use it. If can't then, i make it myself. Also, i encourage you to make your designs yourself, if you can't find anything on the internet, because something as simple as this, could still attract attention.

Right now, all I can say is that this champion is quite... OP - the fact that Lady Fate's Passive is a guaranteed kill which makes Pantheon's 100% Critical-under-15% HP a joke. There's a 5% difference but still, I'm doubting the ability will actually see the light of League of Legends. (Guaranteed kill for Baron and Dragons with Q if timed right)

Additionally, for the abilities - I know making them all do True Damage is a nice niche as no champion has ever done that but the fact it screams "screw your armor and magic penetration" makes it quite hard to play against regardless if Lady Fate is built as AP / AD.

Even so, building hard Attack Damage and Attack Speed and plainly using her abilities for utility (Q-E and R alone) can pretty much kill anything that is caught by her spear or trapped in her arena.

Well, i already covered why her passive isn't much. Enemy have to be bellow 10% of their maximum health and you need to strike that enemy with ability. For example, ADC lat game would have about 2k health, so 10% is about 200. Her Q can deal more than that, so i don't see the point to say that is OP. If you can deal 300 true damage with Q, then what is the matter? Enemy will die either way. Even if we talk about tanks, 4k tank would have to be bellow 400 health for this passive to execute him/her. Did you miss important part, that her basic attacks can't proc execute?

Yes, i know building against her isn't easy, as she deals true damage and can execute, in theory, regardless what you build. Yet, she have pretty low damage, don't have any mobility and even her dueling power isn't that great, without R. You can't build MR against her, armor will have pretty low impact, health is also not very good thing, so what is left? Damage. Build damage, outdamage her and win fights. Yes, if she gets pretty far ahead, you will be screwed, just like some other champions.

I think you overestimate her dueling power. With lack of mobility and sustain, her only chance to duel someone is R, and still, area is pretty big, so enemies still can kite her.

I suppose that's a good point

Honestly, I think the idea is pretty cool. I sense similarities with Kayle. Another question... do you make your own art? If so, remember that making a night or angel type of champion is difficult because it tends to make distinguishing between present and future champions hard, forcing excessive uniqueness. But you've done a nice job!

Alright, thoughts on the kit:

Passive: Not broken, but borderline. This will probably be very effective against tanks or people who run item 3156 item 3053.

  • I'd probably change it from execute (offers no form of counterplay) to dealing some form of bonus magical damage based of percent missing health.

Q:

  • Doesn't seem downright broken, but there are some problems. What kind of champion are you aiming for? Someone who primarily builds AD or AP? Being able to build both has always been a problem on champions who are capable of doing stuff like that, so I think you should try to lower the flexibility.

W:

  • My main problem with your champion right now is her powerful sustain. Sustain on a champion that builds AD and AP is very hard to deal with, imagine if Kayle had some decent base lifesteal. Now, besides the health steal, I'm fine with the damage buff.
  • Please change the attacks to seconds, or lower those numbers. 10 auto attacks is approximately 10 seconds if you aren't building attack speed at first rank. The trade capability is way too high in lane and during teamfights.

E:

  • I have no problems with this ability. Basically a mixed version of Zilean W and Gangplank W. Pure utility.

R:

  • Return of old Poppy ultimate. You've made it a lot less overpowered, but a lot harder to deal with as well. I'd still up the cooldown, as it is basically a guaranteed kill.

Overall, there are just problems with God-Like champs. Its just that in order to have balance in the game, they can't be played like Gods. Take AurelionSol for example. He's more king of boop than God.

Also, lots of true damage in kit based of AD and AP. Inherent problem, as you can build basically whatever you want and still do crazy loads of damage. This is mainly a problem because she has forms of ranged poke, unlike most juggernauts.

Thoughts on my thoughts?

Also lorewise, a total Mary Sue, and its impossible to develop any character in her. Impossible to balance lorewise. I think Riot did a great job making a powerful Godlike-being like AurelionSol into something manageable, and I think you should take inspiration from that.

{quoted}

To tell you the truth, this more like a lore character, than an actual champion. I am not going to do much with it and her balancing already is pretty hard (giving nature of true damage, god-like lore figures and all that).

simply put, i wanted to make a champion, who you can't built around. Someone who have to out-play, not out-build. So:

  1. Passive being tank execution tool and also pretty decent against everyone else.
  2. Q - anti range tool, poke, CC and does average damage, and you can't build around this damage.
  3. W - bruiser and tank shredder, while also combined with R should still work pretty great against any type of champion.
  4. E - cooldown reset and some sustain, against champion who can spam abilities and/or have short defensive boosts.
  5. R - ultimate dueling tool, to single out an enemy and finish it off, changing 5v5 fight into 4v4 and 1v1 fights.

I wanted champion like that, made it, my hater downvoted it, so lets move on. This champion is pretty hard to balance and doing that will take time, so i am more compelled to leave her as she is and move on on other champions.
