http://i68.tinypic.com/eafwj4.jpg With chaos spreading over Runeterra, stronger and stronger individuals appearing, war breaking out in varios places and ancient magic being released, even other realms are being affected. With many unusual phenomena occurring, rifts into foreign worlds appearing out of nowhere, wild magic rampaging through the world, something had to happen.

Five stages of the E.N.D. started occurring though out the world, warning people of eventual chaos of third rune war.

  1. Reality distortion and gateway to the world of the nightmares. When creatures from the dream realm started appearing in Valoran, it was only the matter of time when will permanent rift to the dream realm appears. Now, one appeared near ancient ruins of Shurima, allowing dream beings to invade Runeterra to no end.
  2. Opening gates to the underworld, as the dead will be flooding back to the world of the living. Tartown, an undead giant and a prison to evil souls was summoned into Runeterra, together with all demons inside, was the beginning of demonic invasion into Valoran.
  3. Forgotten god returning back to from oblivion. As lunar temple crumbled down, moon god's presence started surface back into universe, raining down into Runeterra lunar magic more than any time before.
  4. Angels stepping down from the heavens to fight against chaos and darkness. While several angels were residing in Valoran quite some time, a doorway was opened to the world of angels and a small army of them entered Valoran. They offered their help fighting against fores of darkness, but angels have another purpose being here - control of Runeterra.
  5. Human killing a human, god killing a god, when hear of gold is pierced by claws of darkness, life disappears form this world. While this haven't happened yet, the time of the last stage of the E.N.D is drawing close.

Armies are preparing for the war, forces of darkness and light are stirring up, even celestials are feeling uneasy, because fifth stage might happen at any time. Or maybe, a hero will rise, to stop this war from happening and will save the world from destruction. Only time will tell.

Now, army of demons and nightmare beings are forming near the ruins of Shurima, while angels are heavily supported by Demacia. Some people of the north view this as a sing of return of the Watchers, while Void worshipers see this as dark destiny they envisioned. However, there is a presence, dark and vile, orchestrating all these events, trying to hasten the E.N.D. This presence isn't one of mortals, neither does it belong to immortal or a god. It belongs to the chaos itself, creator of underworld and beginning of everything which is evil. Sir Gram the Evil - malevolent being made out of death, suffering and madness, is working day and night to bring destruction to every world and every realm, and recreation of universe in his own image. There is no evil greater than him, there is no bigger threat. Now, heroes of Runeterra have to protect their home, fight against demons, nightmares and even an incarnation of evil. Third rune war is about to happen and the aftermath of it will be the eradication of life in Runetera. Will heroes of Valoran be able to stop this war from happening? Or will the evil win?

There is those who give and those who take

Nagakabouros, an elder god who gave humanity desires. As long as people chase their desires, this god is happy. However, if human is drained from his desires, well then this god becomes angry. A demon of desire was recently sent from the underworld into Runeterra. The new demon lord is gathering his army and preparing for war in the world of the living, but nobody is quite shure, why he sent this demon into Runeterra. She is uncontrollable charmer, who chases humans and suck out their desires, leaving empty lifeless shells. It is unknown how she come into existence or what her purpose is.

She defies any ruler, don't listen to any command. She just wants to have fun, who cares if she kills hundreds of people "having fun". Also, she is moody and unpredictable. While she sucks desire of one, giving him/her pleasure until he or she becomes lifeless sack of bones, she straight up murders other.

Together with desires, she steals souls, feeding herself with power. If you want to know more about her, you will have to meet here, take her on a date. Maybe go to a fancy restaurant, you know, you have to impress the girl, even if she is a soul sucking demon.

the q has a double ap ration, 40% then 20%, also that seems like far too much hard cc, 2 charms and a stun.

Talk about broken ultimate, 300 base damage + 150% ad + 60% ap with that much utility from heal denial and healing yourself? i think this would be better with just the damage or just the utility, heal denial in itself is pretty substantial as the way you have it phrased it would counter any champion with a heal, or large regen (volibear, garen, mundo, soraka etc.) as well as item effects like BoTRK and summoner spell heal. to keep the utility part of the ult the damage should be lowered a fair bit, or removed all together.

the passive is basically a won wave at level 2 or 3, stun with w, pull with e, slow and heal with q, passive proc, auto attack and ignite till dead, too much early dueling power if you ask me.

About the set:

Passive: basically an automated Ahri charm, seems ok as it's kinda an execute, but would add some more parameters.

Suggestion: Bringing an enemy champion or large (non epic) monster to 30% or less of their maximum health, gives them a Seduce debuff for 6 seconds. Your basic attacks or spells against a seduced target will cause it to become charmed for 1.5 sec, helplessly walking towards you. This effect can't occur more than once every 18 to 12 seconds depending on your level.

Q: seems ok, an interesting gap closer with a slow, good to combo with the suggestion about the passive.

W: this kinda overloads her with CC, i think her passive and Q are enough for her kit.

Suggestion: Passive: Gain 20% movement speed while moving towards movement impaired enemy champions. Active: Gain a shield equal to 15/25/35/45/55 + (30/37.5/45/52.5/50/60 %) of the damage you dealt the last 10 seconds (+60% AP) (+20% Bonus AD)

E: not a bad concept (Diana's CC), but again, too much CC on her kit.

Suggestion: 700 range. Enemies in a (low/medium) targeted location are slowed by 20/25/30/35/40 % and receive 80/105/130/145/170 (+80% AP) physical damage, then they are healed by 60% of the damage they receive the next 5 seconds.

R: same thing about CC.

Suggestion: Affects an area around Luxuria for 5/6/7 seconds, all healing enemies would receive is received as true damage by them instead, and the healing is redirected to Luxuria. Enemies inside receive 50/80/110 (+40% AP) (+25% Bonus AD) magic damage per second and deal 10/15/20 % reduced damage to Luxuria.

Basically, some interaction between E and R. Also added a reason to chose building her AP as your numbers made AD builds strictly superior.

This is like a squishy CC peel assassin. Its a very unique idea, and you've already done some decent nerfs, thanks to the wonderful community. This champ will probably never see the light of day just because of her nature, even though she's perfectly fine. (Loving the side exposure) But Riot would probably get boycotted and have campaigns against them just because feminists can't deal with girls that are prettier than they are. Now, back to the kit.

Passive: Great for kill secure, but not too OP. People will complain, but this is very situational. I like it.

Q- Similar to other champ designs from you, I have a question. Where does Luxuria fit on the rift? Rito doesn't like flexible champs, and mixed AD and AP is the definition of flexibility, even if the scaling is low. I'd recommend losing the AD and buffing AP, for specialization purposes. LoL is at the point where there are enough champions so there can be clearly defined roles and have division of labor, there aren't just 40 anymore. This is the reason you don't see ADC crittlesticks anymore, even though he was viable. (I can't even believe it but it was.) Other than that, I think it's fine.

W- I'd increase range, this is her setup spell. Perhaps 700-650? Other than that it's good.

E- Lose the AD, buff the AP. Once again, specification is key to good champion concepts.

R- Lose the AD, buff the AP.

Overall, its a very aggressive CC peel bot, who is squishy but has good sustain. Kinda like a mix between Nautilus and Janna. I'd think she'd be a lot of fun to play in a duo lane, and she'd gain a fanbase pretty quickly. She'd probably also have an anti-fanbase, but hey, someone has to support Trump.

Not an actual review at the moment but in return, I'll review this. Right now, there is a CRUCIAL wording problem and it is located in her Passive - it states "If you" so it basically means YOU need to deal damage to an enemy champion until they are at 25% HP or less, any assistance with minions, allies, etc does not activate the passive. Unless this is your intention here, then don't mind this. But if its not, I would highly suggest that it will instantly mark enemies below 25% if Luxuria enters her vision range of the target which lasts for 3 seconds.

More of a statcheck champ than Annie and Vlad combined. I mean seriously, once she gets remotely fed..what's the counterplay? Never get in range of any of her skills?
