Let's face facts, here - with Viktor's sudden rise in popularity on the LCS scene (not to mention the obvious pun potential in the transhumanist cyborg's name), a Viktorious Viktor skin is the safe bet. The only other possibility is VIctorious Vi - and that's just silly; I mean, look at how big her gloves are. Ridiculous! The woman's a damn hazard!

So seeing as Viktorious Viktor skins are inevitable now, I figured I'd provide a thread in which amatuer fanfiction writers and artists alike can band together to post what THEY believe the perfect Viktorious Viktor skin would like like. However, keep in mind that Riot, being a company that is too scared to break the rules, is COMPLETELY UNABLE to take on fan skin concepts and turn them into real things in normal cases: So instead of posting perfect Viktor skins, it may be prudent to instead post terrible Viktor skins.

If we can manage to eliminate all the bad ideas, Riot will have NO CHOICE but to create really good ones!!

Viktor sits on a throne and throws English tea at his enemies with his 3rd arm. He has no walking animation, rather he is fitted to a newly designed railway track which has been added to Summoner's Rift. While on the railway, he will brag about his country's high standard of living and enviable $ value in comparison to other countries.
