Omega Squad Talon and Riven?

Lore-wise, Talon and Riven both served Noxus and experienced war firsthand. I think it would be cool, and fitting, for them to both have skins with their war gears and really messed-up dialogues to go with it. Especially Talon--the last time he got a skin of his own was Dragonblade Talon in 2012, since Riot has said that world championship skins don't count because Riot doesn't choose the champion.

Nah. OS Teemo should be the only one unless they make a OS twitch. Idk how they're even going to make the particles or even how that would look for a OS riven or talon.

Cool idea but honestly OS seems more fitting for champions that can stealth. For Talon, yeah becuase of his ULT. Riven, nah, at least imo no. Champions like Twitch, Evelynn, Rengar (maybe shaco) should get a skin like that,
