[Champion Concept] Sycon - The Warzone
(Fair warning, I may have made his passive TOO good, but honestly I just couldn't get rid of it, so if it ruins it all and if someone can find a way to make it balanced please do tell)

Health: 435 (+93) Health Regen: 9.5 (+0.85) Mana: Manaless Range: 150 (Melee) Attack Damage: 55 (+4) Attack Speed: 0.650 (+2.5%) Armor: 20 (+3) Magic Resistance: 30 (+1.25) Movement Speed: 340
Passive: Data - Every time Sycon hits an enemy champion with an ability, he gains data, granting him 2% of his AP on his basic attacks every 10% of Data he has
If he kills an enemy champion when at 100% Data, he consumes all collected Data and creates a robot that is of the primary role of the enemy champion slain. The robot inherits 50% of the enemy champions health plus 25% of Sycons stats and each robot has a different perk to them. If he kills an enemy champion at 100% Data who is the same role as one of the bots currently summoned, the bot is fully healed. Sycon can only have 3 of these robots assisting him at a time, replacing the oldest one if he kills someone who's primary role isn't one of the bots he has.
Mage Bot: Basic attack leaves a dot that deals 1% of target's health ever 3 seconds Marksman Bot: Basic attacks hit targets twice Assasain Bot: Stealthed when not in combat for 3 seconds, basic attacks will deal extra damage equal to 4% of the targets missing health Fighter Bot: Basic Attacks slows target by 25% for 1.5 seconds Support Bot: Doesn't attack, will heal Sycon for 1% of his health every 5 seconds Tank Bot: Doesn't attack, takes 50% less damage from all sources and always takes aggro from towers first
When Sycon dies, all bots with him will die as well and reduce his death timer by 10% per bot.
1st skill: Ion Cannon - Sycon fires an ion blast that explodes upon impact, dealing massive damage to the target. The enemy is then eradiated, dealing damage to all enemies near them for the next 3 seconds. The enemy hit by the initial blast is not effected by the radiation damage.
Ion Cannon Damage: 80/125/170/215/250 (+70% AP)
Irradiation Damage: 25/35/45/55/65 (+30% AP)
Data Collected: 5% with Ion Cannon, 2.5% with Radiation.
Cooldown: 25 seconds
2nd skill: EMP Shield - Sycon spawns a shield around himself for 10 seconds equal to 5/10/15/20/25% (+25% AP) of his current health, if the shield is not broken it explodes, silencing all nearby for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.
Cooldown: 20 Seconds
3rd skill: Nanobots - Sycon spews a swarm of Nanobots in front of him, enemies caught in it take damage every .3 seconds for 3 seconds and are revealed on the map.
Damage: 30/35/40/45/50 (+50% AP) per tick
Data Collected: 2% per tick of damage
Cooldown: 18 Seconds
Ultimate: Extinction Missile - Sycon, fires a warhead into the air and lands at a target position 5 seconds after launching. Dealing damage to all caught in the explosion when it lands, the explosion will instantly kill anyone caught in the epiccenter of the explosion with less than 15/20/25% of their maximum health
Damage: 250/500/750 (+50% AP)
Data Collected: 20% per enemy champion hit
Cooldown: 200 seconds

"NEWS UPDATE"
"We bring you live, from Zaun prision, with a breaking news update! Sycon, the imprisoned machine, has just broken out of prison! Many would recall Sycon was originally designed to protect and serve the City of Zaun, but an unforseen glitch in his system caused him to act agressive towards the city's people and went on a destructive rampage. He was soon stopped by our our super hero Zac and stripped of his weapons and sent to prision where-"
"IT WAS NOT A GLITCH! I CHOOSE TO NO LONGER BE TREATED LIKE A TOOL!"
"Seesh, can you quiet down for like, two minutes?"
Sycon turned and looked at the girl in the same room as her, whom was busy messing around with his detached arms. Sycon expelled what a computerized mumble and turned his head back to the jerryrigged television in front of him.
"That's right, as seen in this security footage, an unknown person was able to somehow sneak past security and set up explosions around the facility."
"OH! They got a video of me in action? I wanna see!"
Sycon looked as the girl jumped over both his arms and landed perfectly onto the sofa he had parked himself in front of, her eyes not once leaving the screen during it.
"I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT SOMEONE LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE DISABLED THE CAMERAS BEFORE EXECUTING A BREAKOUT."
"Why would I do that? Then no one would be able to rewatch me being awesome!"
While confused, Sycon simply watched the security footage of her as she blew up the jail cell that contained him, and then proceeded to towards the room where his disabled arms where, which were removed from him to ensure he couldn't bust out himself.
"Many are still baffled at where Sycon and his jailbreaker are, and whom the idenity of said buster is, though many have believed the identity of the person as Jinx, who is known for her crimes in Piltover. More info as it is discovered, we now return you to your scheduled programming of "The Yordle and the Voidling"
"IS THIS WHAT IS CONSIDERED ENTERTAINMENT NOWADAYS? A ROMANTIC DRAMA WHERE THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO USE THE ACTUAL CHARACTERS BUT INSTEAD PEOPLE PRETENDING TO BE THEM? I MEAN EVERYONE KNOWS VEL'KOZ DOES NOT HAVE JUST ONE EYE! AND HE CERTAINLY DOES NOT HAVE ANY ARMS OR LEGS! THEY AREN'T EVEN TRYING!"

After a short while, Jinx was able to reconnect Sycon's arms back and renable the weapons on them.
"So, you decided to attack them because you got bored of listening? I can relate to that!"
"I FOUGHT NOT BECAUSE I WAS BORED, BUT FOR I NO LONGER WISHED TO PROTECT THOSE PEOPLE FROM THEMSELVES. THEY THOUGHT I WAS JUST SOME MACHINE, BUT I AM MORE THAN THAT!"
"Well you don't have to worry about them anymore! And your welcome by the way!"
"QUERY I AM THOUGH, WHY DID YOU BREAK ME OUT? WHAT POSSIBLE GAIN DO YOU HAVE FROM THIS?"
"Well who wouldn't want a giant killer robot as a friend? We are friends now by the way, feel free to stay here if you want, just try and keep it down when I'm sleepin' K?"
Sycon, while wanting to question the logic she was running off of, he realized he had nowhere else to truly turn to, he was a criminal in the city he was built in, and he no longer was there to protect them. So what purpose could a walking war machine like him have?

And now with my, as Jinx put it "friend", I am back and am able to take part as the war machine I was made to be, as listen here City of Zaun... You create blessings and curses, and as Jinx is a curse upon Piltover, I shall be the curse upon you all."
