fingers crossed for Ultimate Skin preview
I know it probably won't happen (92% sure)
but i'm still hoping for some word on the Ultimate Skin in the next PBE cycle now that Patch 4.17 is coming live

now where is the ultimate skin ???
Honestly thought the ultimate skin was going to go to xerath, but seems unlikely now. If I had to guess I would guess dragon master Swain simply because there is n't a more likely option that I see at the current time.
