[Rework Concept] Karma, the Enlightened One
In response to Rioter Meddler stating Karma is going into development for a rework this coming up year, here is my idea.

Passive - Gathering Flame: Karma reduces Mantra's cooldown by a few seconds every time she damages an enemy champion with an ability, halved to when using basic attacks.
- Mantra: Karma empowers her next basic ability, placing this passive on cooldown after.
Q - Disquiet: Karma fires a burst of energy that detonates upon hitting an enemy, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies and slowing them for a few seconds.
- Mantra - Chaos: Chaos deals bonus magic damage in an increased area and marks the area about its detonation for 1.5 seconds, slowing enemies inside by 50%. The area detonates at the end of its duration, dealing magic damage to all enemies inside. If does not hit a target, the area is created at maximum range.
W - Inner Fire: Karma unleashes the Inner Fire of herself or a target allied champion. They gain adaptive damage based on Karma's ability power and adaptive cooldown reduction or attack speed. Abilities and attacks by a champion buffed by Inner Fire causes them to gain true sight on their last attack target for a few seconds. The bonus cooldown reduction and attack speed from Inner Fire can go beyond their maximum limits.
- Mantra - Soul Flare: Champions under the effect of Soul Flare will also cause waves of energy to be released from them towards enemies they are damaging in a cone, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit and healing the champion with Soul Flare for the damage done by the magic damage. The amount of magic dealt is based on the initial amount of damage.
E - Spirit Bond: Karma can target both allies and enemies with this ability, causing her to be tethered to them.

Inspired - Allies: A target ally becomes tethered to Karma, causing Karma and her target ally to gain bonus movement speed and a shield that increases over time while tethered together, which lasts for 4 seconds.
- Mantra - Focused Resolve: Karma tethers to 2 near by allied champions.

Calm - Enemies: Karma tethers to a target enemy champion or monster, tethered enemies are slowed and crippled, causing their attack speed to decrease. The longer they are tethered together the greater the slow and cripple become. At the end of the tether, which lasts 4 seconds, they are dealt magic damage.
- Mantra - Tranquility: At the end of the tether the enemy is dealt bonus magic damage and then put to sleep for 4 seconds.
R - The Path Between: Karma begins to channel as her Mantle of Decorum begins to encircle her, growing larger with every moment she channels. She can stop channeling by recasting this ability, but her area of effect size will be decreased. After the channel Karma becomes Enlightened, causing all objects around her to glow, and all units and structures around her will also be invulnerable, disarmed and silenced for several seconds, while Karma is Enlightened. While Enlightened Karma and units effected by her Enlightenment can ignore terrain.
