HIS BREAD SHIELD should be more and more eaten the more damage he takes since his recall is him baking himself a new shield every time he recalls his bread shield brokenness should reset

I thought so as well, but then I realized you see the enemy's health anyway, so I can't see the problems this would cause. His shield isn't in a position where you need to see it, the only thing you need to see is if his passive is up.

So far no other skins dynamically react to health levels, and I imagine adding such a feature will prove more trouble than it's worth.

AHEMMMMM Every zac skin? Also kled could be an example since he changes completely when skaarl is gone.

That's because Zac's model was built from the ground-up to have that feature. Retroactively adding that kind of reactive animation scripting to a model that didn't already have it, let alone a skin, is not going to be as easy as you seem to think it will be.

That's just scaling up a whole model; that's easy to do. Making only a particular part of a model change in response to health loss is a bit trickier and more likely to have its fair share of bugs.

well the heals wouldn't affect the shield, so the shield would stay broken. something like an animation change every 20% of hp would make this skin much better.

That wont work. Its too subtle to notice and the player can just turn his champ to where the shield isnt visible.
