Galio has an ability that when he takes damage he heals some back. Thats why. Galios ability to do this basically means Teemo cant do sht to him with Shrooms. He heals more than he actually takes damage

Poor Teemo - as much as an unhealthy kit he possesses, I really do find his thematic and lore fascinating with the innocent scout exterior hiding a true monster beneath.

Hopefully someday he receives a much healthier rework to make him more of a balanced champion. His kit is just showing its age at this point of time.
