[Champion Concept] Oni, Lord of Calamity
A champion that is still undergoing alterations and needs visuals/story still but one day this lord of the unholy will bring about the end of all things alongside the other 2 lords (spoilers to a thing that no one cares about). Image is not mine but id really appericate it if a guy who has better art skills than my own stick figure level can draw a terrifying black samurai.
Overview: A mid to late game level fighter that specialize with a mixture of AD and AP to damage groups of enemies and cause game changing effects to turn the tables in a team fight. His ability to spam a quick dash to an enemy and deal rather large physical damage seems broken until the user considers that his resource requires a large amount of minion kills to even use his abilities. This champion is designed to make the enemy want to attack him because by attacking him and making him waste Catalyst pushes him before he can reach Cataclysm where he can quickly slaughter an enemy. He is an engage champion that requires a large build up to get to that stage, weak early game and strong late game he relies on careful placement to destroy a single target or an entire team. As Oni the aim is to deal as much damage as you can and stay in the thick of it whenever your in combat because with 2 healing moves, a dash, the ability to remove certain effects and a large AOE passive that makes it so once that your on a role it almost impossible to stop you.

Abilities
Passive: Catalyst Oni generates 3 Catalyst when he kills a small monster or a minion and 30 Catalyst when he kills or assists in the enemy champion death. Oni can hold a max of 100 Catalyst at a time and when he reaches that max he goes into Cataclysm form. Catalyst is also used to cast Oni's abilities when he is not in Cataclysm mode, if not enough Cataclyst is available at that time he cannot cast abilities. When Oni dies he loses all Catalyst he respawns with 0 Catalyst.
Passive: Cataclysm While in Cataclysm form, Oni consumes Catalyst at 5% per second (increased to 10% if he has been out of combat for 2 seconds), but for the duration of it his abilities do not have a cost. While active Oni deals magic damage equal to 5% of the enemies total health each second to all enemies within 475 units of him each second. While Active if he kills an enemy champion the damage of this ability is doubled each time.

W: Burden Active: Oni smashes smashes the earth in a target direction, dealing magic damage and causing all enemies hit to have certain buffs removed from them and for each buff removed Oni is healed.
---Damage: Deals 70/80/90/100/110 (+35/39/44/50/56% of AP) magic damage ---Effect: Removes shields (health shield, spell shields), stat boosts from actives(like Gallio W) and movement speed boosts from actives. Does not include item passives, ability passives, monster buffs and status effects (e.g. Tarric ult). E: Dark Mass Active: Oni channels for 2 seconds, creating an AOE which increases in range and damage as the channel progresses. When the channel is interrupted or reaches duration end he deals AOE magic damage to all nearby enemies hit. Cannot be triggered early.

R: Embargo Active: Oni marks all nearby enemy champions with Embargo inactive at first and only becomes active after 2 seconds. Once these are active they can be triggered by the enemy dealing damage to any of Oni allied champions, when triggered they deal magic damage and cause the enemy to be grounded for a second. Attacking Oni does not trigger Embargo as well as attacking with AOE effects. If the marks are not triggered after an additional 2 seconds they instead heal Oni for a small amount.
