Lynn, the Blades Edge [Champion Concept WIP]
Overview Just a WIP im goin with for an idea on a champ, any commentary on the champ is appreciated. Also need some lore and artwork so anyone who can help with either would be appreciated.

Abilities
Passive: Little Blade Lynn basic attacks throw small blades which deal 40% of the normal basic attack damage each. Initially she only has one blade, which applies a single on hit effect once. The amount of blades thrown with each basic attack can be increased by upgrading her ultimate. Each upgrade on her Ult increases her damage by 40% as well causing his basic attacks to apply on hit effects multiple times based on however many blades she has equipped. Each blade in a single basic attack has a 0.05 second gap. At 4 knives each attack basic attack deals 160% of normal AD damage and apply on hit effects x4.
Q: Blood Seeker Lynn throws a blade in a line dealing physical damage to the first enemy hit, if the ability kills the target the blade bounces, targeting the next lowest health target in range, dealing repeat damage and continuing this pattern. This ability can only bounce up to a max of 5 enemies

W: Threading Slice After a 0.5 second channel Lynn throws a blade with a which pierces enemies dealing physical damage. If the blade just hits a wall without hitting a champion, Lynn pulls herself too the location the blade hits the wall. If the blade impacts with an enemy champion (s) and then a wall, the enemy champions are pulled towards the terrain instead, becoming stunned on impact. Killing enemies reduces the Cool-Down of this ability by 1 per enemy.

E: Dance of Blades Toggle: Lynn creates a field of knives, spinning like a whirl wind causing nearby enemies physical damage based of her attack speed plus how many enemies are currently inside the AOE field.
Passive: Deflecting Blades Lynn throws a blade interrupting a ranged basic attack midair from an enemy champion in her vicinity every 15(-0.56 per level) seconds. Each blocked attack generates a Deflect stack. At 5 stacks one basic attack is reflected back at the enemy champion dealing the opponents attack damage back at them.

R: Pierced Soul After a second channel she throws an extremely fast blade which pierces non enemy champions dealing no damage and dealing huge damage to the first champion hit. Each enemy champion kill by this ability increases the true damage of this ability by 5%, stack-able up to 20 times.
Passive: Increases blades thrown by basic attacks by 2/3/4 blades in total

Visuals & Speech: Random movements Lynn slices the air with her blade as if theirs an enemy in front of her.
Joke She puts her hands behind her back and appears to act innocent, if she’s facing the right way u can see the blades she’s holding behind her back. She says "Ill take it easy on you, see no hands."
Taunt Lynn grabs a blade and angrily stomps on it with both feet "I just want ”
Dance She begins a slow gentle walts, some of her knives begin spinning in the air around her, almost hypnotically.
Laughter Lynn laughs manically while lying on her back, kicking her legs up into the air.
Basic attack Throws a blade, the more blades shes throwing the faster this animation is.
Ability visual Q: Throws a blade which travels in a straight line, before hitting an enemy. if it kills it it makes a blood splatter animation an bounces to another enemy W: After a build up throw she throws her tethered blade, which appears exactly the same as her normal ones except larger and with a white almost silk like line behind it. The line unless it hits a wall, at which the line becomes taught and pulls champions towards the wall. E: Blades appear to spin around her, making small slice animations when they hit enemies and seeming to become denser the more enemies affected R: After a large build up gainning strength on the throw she throws a blade so quickly it appears to be a straight line of just light over a long distance.
