I know this may seem conflicting... but seriously make a female skin for some male champions and make a male skin for some female champions.

you have no idea how much the people want this.
no other game company has done this to my knowledge either..

start a trend and be the first.. (to my knowledge)

look behind you .. see that mountain... climb that mountain... drink a age appropriate drink ontop of that mountain... call your friends and tell them to join you on that mountain.. then when you see something else... climb that too.. dont let them tell you that you can not make a Darius into a Daria..

Off the top of my head there was a certain fighting game released for Wii-U where several of the characters in the game had the ability to be gender swapped.

That would be VERY time consuming and would take a lot of effort on Riot's part. Especially keeping the models approximately the same size as their counterparts. If you want this to happen, it would take a much longer time and would be more pricey than what you would like.

It's a good idea, but it's not new.
Marvel Heroes (a free ARPG that also makes money off skins) has sex swaps for many of its playable characters, for example.

Rule 63 Zac is the only skin they could really do on him, so they may as well do this. otherwise they can't make a good skin for Zac
