how dirty is that thing? does he clean it or is it just covered in filth and expect people to touch it?

I think thresh is quite protective of his lantern so I guess he'll clean it from time to time(unless souls actually keep it clean on its own,because you know magic and stuff)
Considering how Thresh is a Pyshcopath, I don't think he minds if someone got Tetanus. Hope they got their shots.

Honestly people keep making this joke but in my experience its the opposite: People who don't need the lantern grab it for no reason...
