About Pantheon Rework [Just want to know]

I posted a pantheon rework idea 2 years ago and I've noticed that there are some of the ideas i posted back then have been implemented and was about to be implemented on the New pantheon rework.

For example of ideas I posted on that post for pantheon rework :

1. Bleeding system ( You guys wanted to implement it but changed your mind for some reason)
2. Changing pantheon into more of a warrior then just an assassin (Others had the same idea, yeah)
3. Shield that blocks damage "In-front of him"
4. Making his E strike together with a Shield that blocks damage.

So my question to Riot development team is, did you guys by any chance collected some data for the rework from my post ? If yes, I'm just happy to know that it was a reasonable post ^_^
