Should be VERY hard to obtain and only for our first main champion.

I liked someone else suggestion of tying it to hard mission specific to that champion.
One you are just playing the champion. One where you are going for an extremely specific scenario, but still equates to you winning. And one you can grind.
Like Glorious Executioner: Draven must execute 4 players with his ult in one game. The Big Stack: Draven must acquire over 1000 gold from one League of Draven. Juggler: Catch 5000 Axes.
Fury of the Dragon: Shyvana must obtain 5 dragons in a single game. Raid boss: Shyvana must win 3 fights while out numbered in a single game. Unstoppable!: Block 4 minutes worth of CC with Dragons decent.
2 Stones 4 Birds: Syndra must use only 2 Spheres to stun 4 or more champions. Unlimited Power: Syndra must get off 5 seven sphere ultimate that also execute the target. Dodge ball: Hit 200 Qs, W's with Dark Spheres, or E's with Dark Spheres, while actively dodging a skill shot that is near by.
With the achievement of Mastery 7 one has demonstrated (arbitrarily) mechanical proficiency with the champion. League isn't a game of skill really, and there's a limit. (Once can see players doing things with their champions in Silver that are just as elegant as what one might see in Diamond.)
Riot doesn't want to provide any additional goals that might detract from ranked play.
(The one exception MIGHT be Clash, however the first rule of Clash is that one would have to be ranked to play it...)
