Pantheon Rework

OverView : This rework is basically to make Pantheon Pantheon more of a Fighter then Assassin. ( He is mainly a fighter but just look at those players who build this item 3142 item 3147 ) which makes him more of an assassin then a tough spartan warrior.

Also to make him more challenging to play. (Increased difficulty)

If he really is an artisan of war, then he should be able to stay in combat, surviving for a longer period then just W, E-AA, Q (if teemo is not dead yetTeemo ) and run.

Pantheon Mains: I don't plan to ruin the current Pantheon play style but I would like to see him more of fun and tough fighter that's all. His abilities might change a little but the old one is still in it (You'll see).

> Splash Art It is cool but isn't having a splash of him in a war while in combat like the glaive warrior and ruthless skin better than him just standing? (Its not a big thing to consider just stating my opinion)


> Abilities (Please read all the abilities to understand the new play style)

Passive (A Spartan/Warrior Strength) Pantheon gains AD and Armor overtime while in combat. (The more he fights, the tougher he becomes)

Q (Implacable/Merciless Shot) : Pantheon Hurls his spear towards a location ( this time it will be a skillshot just like kennen's Kennen Q). Hitting an Enemy Champion/Monster with this ability will pierce and attach the spear into them for 4 seconds dealing physical damage. ( The damage should be less then the current Q damage since this ability can be used further)

While the spear is attached into an enemy Champion/Monster, Pantheon can reactivate this ability to leap into his target ( Range of leap is like his current W) pulling out the spear from their body, slowing them and stepping 1 step back leaving them bleeding while dealing True damage depending on their maximum HP overtime for 3 seconds. ( More HP more blood)

Killing a unit resets the cooldown and refunds 50% mana.

Note: This ability can have sound effects when removing the spear or blood spread around target.

W (Shield Of Aegis):

Passive: Gain a shield that blocks the next on-hit or turret attack (15 seconds cooldown)

Active: Pantheon stands in a defensive position putting his shield in-front for 3 seconds absorbing damage ( Shield amount scales with AD). When this ability is activated, enemy champions in-front of pantheon are taunted for 1 second (Enemy champion behind pantheon will not be taunted) and Pantheon movement speed will be slowed but takes less % physical damage ( This is until the shield is broken by taking enough damage, reactivating the ability or when 3 seconds have passed).

If this ability is activated while the passive is on, Pantheon will block all on-hit or turret attacks until the shield is down. (The more shield amount the more this is useful)

Implacable/Merciless shot can't be reactivated while the shield is on.

Note: The control F2 can be added when this ability activates where pantheon will slam his shield with his spear while taunting enemy champion(s).

E (Heart seeker strike):

just like the current E but the critical strike passive should be removed Instead there is this: If swift strike hits a champion that is bleeding ( Because of Reactivation of Q), it will deal increased damage.

This ability can also be activated while Shield of Aegis (W) is on.

R (Furious Call):

Less cast range, faster channel and different way of slowing enemies.

When Pantheon Lands, he creates a cracked ground for 5 seconds slowing all nearby enemies by 15%. (More slow time less slow %)

Note: A sound effect can be added which includes an army calling out for pantheon (like when sion actives his R Sion ) but removing the circle being visible to enemy champions or just letting the sound be heard by the team ( What do u think? anything better?)

I would prefer his R to be a Phalanx.

Spartans fall from the sky around Pantheon, hiding him nad making him untargetable, while they extend their spears, stabbing champions all around him. Champs close to Pantheon will be stunned for 1-2 secs and bleed.

this is a pretty nice kit and i like that you want to spare the pantheon mains but the important question is: Will ap pantheon be spared? or will it be ruined like ap shyvana

I like the Q, adds counter play

I like the Passive. (a suggestion, for each instance of damage he deals or is dealt, it ticks up)(also it's poppy's old passive)

I like the ult, but keep the name "Grand Skyfall"

E: Don't make abilities that rely on only one other ability, its bad design. Talon's old passive was an example of this. and personal I like the crit better (maybe put the crit elsewhere)

W active: while its a good defensive ability, it takes away his main way of landing his E channel, the Point click stun.

Neat ideas, but I have a major issue with one part of your change to his ult. I am a deaf player. Removing the AOE warning for his ult would make it a nightmare for me. Sion is already irritating for me because while I've been told there's a warning sound effect, I have no way to hear it. So my first warning of an incoming Sion is when he comes flying out of the fog of war. Having a pantheon just drop out of the nowhere on me with zero warning would suck.

Visual indicators are important. Not just for deaf people either. I'm sure there are people who like to play while listening to music, or those with families who are constantly surrounded by noise and other distraction.
