As A Fighter: Deals Based on Health as Physical Damage, Can be Immune to Physical Damage and Gains extra Armor.
As A Mage: Deals High Magic Damage, Reflect Magical Damage and Gains extra Magic Resist.
Lore As a newborn, Leo was thrown into the river during a full moon night because of a rumored prophecy that says " A new boy will arrive, followed by the cursed arcane rings that will bring only Corruption", his family never agreed or believed to this but the people of Freljord had only fear towards this child, leaving his family hopeless.
The people of the town decided that the child must be killed once he is born.
The Sacred Love between a mother and her child is unbreakable, therefore she decided to let his fate be decided by nature, leaving him float on the Serpentine river as soon as he was born during the full moon night.
While floating on the river, Leo got drafted to an unknown shores of the river. None knows what happen next, but after 16 years, the boy reaches the walls of a city wearing 4 arcane rings on his left hand. That wasn't by his own desire but the rings guided him to this place. The curse tried to force him to break the walls, but he resisted.
"The Curse desire Corruption, but The Soul Denies"
The power of the rings itself is not enough if the soul resists, therefore the curse punished the soul by killing his elder brother. At the moment of truth, Leo knew that his spirit needs to get stronger to break the curse of the ring and hold its power for the greater good. Magic was not enough, strength was required.
The walls were built to keep away dark magic, but the reason behind the dark magic on each ring was meant to keep it away from the unworthy, but the actual spirits that are sealed inside are not dark but each holds a powerful magic that can only be broken by the worthy.
Entering the city weakened the ring, the heart knew that only within this city, he will find a way to break the curse, therefore he decided to start his journey in Demacia. As his first lesson to gain strength, he got himself into a deadly battle with a sharp sword wielder, turning his shade of blood into a life lesson.

Wielding a sword: After his first lesson, He proved trustworthy and promised to use his power for good. Only the might of demacia trusted the child's heart and guided him forward as his master.

Cursed Rings: He wears 4 of them and each has a sealed dark spiritual guardian -Chaos {Purple} -Frozen {White} -Infernos {Red} -Thunder {Blue}
Training with a sword with garen as his master has nothing to do with magic, but nobody said he's not planning to fuse both the strength he gains and the magic he holds.

He will be sitting on a rock at night while having his sword at his back and glaring at his left hand's magic aura.
The Faces of the four spiritual guardians are tiny auras coming out from each ring.
Passive: Blade's Arcane
Leo fuses his rings with arcane aura while in-combat with champions. Upon reaching 100%, he gains (10/15/20/25/40/50) AD, his current abilities are empowered and has 10 seconds to change his form into an Arcane Mage gaining new abilities.
Damaging an enemy champion with AutoAttack : Gain 2% Damaging an enemy champion with an Ability : Gain 3% Receiving Damage from enemy champion: Gain 4% Fighter Form ( Melee - Before level 6 - not clicking R at 100% arcane aura)
Q: Celestial Slash (8/7/6/5/4 cooldown) ( Range: 700)
Slashing forward sending a thin Arcane wave {Like ilaoi's E} dealing (3/4/5/6/8%) Physical damage based on current health and reducing armor of enemy hit by 5% for 3 seconds. If enemy target is below 50% HP, the damage dealt is based on missing health instead
Empowered Q: After slashing, Leo slices in a cone dealing the same damage and slowing all enemy hit by (20/30/40/50/60%) for 1 second. Enemy champions who were not hit by the slash will not be slowed.
W: Guard Protection (12/11/10/9/8 cooldown)
Passive : Gain (5/10/15/20/25) Armor.
Active : Create a shield that Absorbs (50/75/100/150/200) Physical Damage for 2 seconds, while the shield is active, Leo receives 15% Less Physical Damage from all sources.
Empowered W: After 2 seconds or when the shield breaks, reactivate the ability within 4 seconds to become immune to all physical damage for 0.5 seconds.
E: Fatebringer (10/9/8/7/6 cooldown) ( Range: 600)
Pierces the ground sending an immobilizing shock wave underneath the ground to the target champion, rooting for (0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds) and dealing (50/60/70/80/90) ( 65% AD) physical Damage.
Empowered E: Immobilized enemy champions with this ability receive 20% increased physical damage from all sources.
R: Awaken ( 100% Arcane aura)
Transfers his aura from his sword to his 4 rings to transform into a Mage for 20 seconds.
During this form, his arcane aura bar transforms into arcane chargers.
At transformation gain 20/20 Arcane charges.
Kills and assists increases Arcane charges by 2

Q: Arcane Flame (6/5.5/5/4.5/4 cooldown) ( 2 Arcane charges)
Summoning dark flames that advances forward burning target enemies dealing (50/100/150/200/250) (80% ability power) overtime for 2 seconds.
W: Frozen Mirror (12/11/10/9/8 cooldown) ( 5 Arcane charges)
Passive: Gain (10/15/20/25/30) Magic resist
Active: Covers himself with dark Ice that absorbs (100/200/250/300/400) magic damage for 5 seconds.while the shield is active, reflect 5% received magic damage. If the magic damage received is more than the shield amount, reflect 20% magic damage instead and slow the target by (30/35/40/45/50%) for 1.5 seconds. While the shield is active, Leo deals 10% less damage
E: Thunder Call (8/7/6/5/4 cooldown) ( 1 Arcane Charge)
Gain (15/20/25/30/35%) increased movement speed for 3 seconds. During the duration basic attacks deal extra magic damage (80% Ability power)
R: Dark Dweller (Range: 1100) (10 Arcane charges)
Creates a dark zone {like akali's W but bigger zone} that blinds all enemy targets inside.
Casting Arcane Flame (Q) on a target inside the zone causes them to flee for 1.5 seconds This effect triggers only once for each target while inside the same zone
