Give azir AD scaling instead of ap scaling?

Literally my suggestion, replace his AP scaling with AD, make him deal physical, apply lifesteal on soldier attacks but not on hit or critical, give him better hp ratios on his E, and give him a ratio on his q for hp

I'm essentially saying to put him in the AD bruiser marksman category with jayce and gnar
