Pick/ban phase rework

so, i think its unfair. summoners 1, 2 dont get bans, and get counterpicked in solo queue. now, granted this doesn't matter for ranked 5s as your communicating, swapping champs and stuff.

but its quite unfair that summoners 3,4,5 get to ban, and counter pick the enemy lane.

whose with me in saying summoners 1,2,3 should get to ban in solo queue? so at the very least, they get to ban since theyre likely to be counterpicked

like for real, the only people who like being first pick, are picking flex picks/1tricks that dont want their yasuo taken. lulz, who agrees?
