Hybrid Hydra Item

I would kind of like to see an item similar to Titanic and Ravenous Hydra that is built from Tiamat and some AP item(s).

The two existing items cost a further 2300 gold worth of component items on top of Tiamat, adding up to a total of 3500 gold each.

This would be a good benchmark for what other component items we could use.

I'm curious what other people think would make for some good component items, and then what the resulting stats would look like.

Also, Titanic and Ravenous have different augmentations to the on-hit passive and the active effects. What would this item do to be unique.

My thought would be that it would deal magic damage instead of physical damage for the passive/active.
