Hi Summoners! :3

Welcome to my first champion concept. Note that if something is broken, it's my first time, and I don't do well with numbers, so don't rage if something is ridiculously OP. Anyways, I'm going to start of with the LORE section of this concept. Here. We. Go

LORE •Note this story is told by Kalista, but also has a narrative effect to it

Long ago, during the rune wars, there was a tribe known as the Kamenzai. They were brutal people, composed of vikings and barbarians. Their skills with weapons were far above others, and they were known for their tactics. They did not side with anyone, and slaughtered many Demacian and Noxian generals. For this, both Demacia and Noxus put their own set price on the head of the Kamenzai general.

The general of the Kamenzai tribe was named Aszruna. However, he stepped down from his place so that his son, Thyre, could take his rightful place as warlord. They held a ceremony for this event, and everyone in the village was invited to watch. After everyone had eaten, they began the weapons ritual, in which Aszruna would pass on the ancient hammer, Varteau. When Aszruna was about to hand Thyre the hammer, however, an assassin shot an arrow and pierced the father's chest, dropping him to the floor. With his last words, Aszruna gave the pledge of vengeance. His soul in return for justice. I accepted his pledge, and immediately sent my sentinels out to look for the assassin.

My sentinels followed the assassin to a cave in the mountains. The man was a veteran Demacian assassin, who was battle-scarred and experienced. His face looked tense, and pale-white. Then, I began. I took my incarnate form, and presented myself before him. He muttered and swore under his breath, un sheathing his knife. I accused him of murder, and charged him with death. I ripped the spear from my chest, and threw. However, the spear clattered to the ground, and above it, Thyre. I looked at him, and questioned his reasoning. He answered me, with a challenge. "I challenge you to a fight. Only our weapons shall be used. If I emerge victorious, you will leave I and this man be. Although, if I crumble with defeat, you may kill I and the assassin. I looked at him with utter disgust. "Foolish boy, you should not interfere with the dealings of vengeance," I said. "however, I will accept your...pitiful...challenge." And our fought began. We clashed weapons and swung relentlessly, and to no avail. Surprisingly, I grew weary after a while. To this day, I still do not no how it was possible. However, I broke my stance, and instantly a hammer came swinging around, and knocked me off my feet. He positioned his hammer, to finish me. I surrendered.

A few days later, Thyre was walking with the assassin. When they arrived at the gates of Demacia, they were welcomed and quickly hurried to the king. The king, Jarvan II, welcomed him in. The assassin explained to the king how Thyre had saved him, and fought me to do so. The king was delighted when he heard such news, and invited Thyre to a feast. At this feast sat the king, his guards, the assassin, and of course, Thyre. While the food was being served, however, the assassin rushed behind Thyre, and held a knife to his throat. Thyre, however, reacted to this, and knocked the assassin to the ground. Before Thyre could kill the assassin, a guard with a three-taloned spear impaled Thyre, and he dropped to the floor. The last thing he heard was the king wickedly laughing, and saying this:

"To lady vengeance!"

Decades later, I came back to visit the tomb of Thyre, as I did with every fallen warrior. I had examined his body, how it lay motionless and stiff, as a mountain would. I became enraged at his death, how disgusting it was. I would take his soul and do vengeance, but it had diminished, and he did not believe in such. I could not do vengeance, but he would. If he was alive. So I quickly summoned my sentinels, and I began to resurrect him. Blue mist swirled around his body, and entered his heart. I said simply this:

"Arise, mortal. You're time for vengeance, is due."

His eyes opened.

ALRIGHTY guys! That was the LORE section of this concept. Sorry if it was a bit long, I just wanted to make sure his lore had great depth and little to nothing went unexplained. Now, we shall move on to the Skill-set part of the concept. :D

BASE STATS

HP: 468 - 2072 MANA: 340 - 695 MOVESPEED: 360 Attack Speed: 0.75% ( +0 - 0.95%) Base AD: 67 Base AP: 0 Armor: 36 Magic Resist: 35 Critical Strike Chance: 0% Armor Penetration: 0%

ABILITIES

Passive: Persistance

Everytime Thyre combines two or more non-ultimate abilities, his cool-downs are refreshed by (20/30/45) % [scales with ultimate points).

Q: Hammer Toss/Bloodrush

Thyre throws his hammer in a line with immense force, dealing (100/150/300/400/450) + ( 0 ) TRUE damage, and slowing the target for (0.75 at all ranks) seconds. He then has 2 seconds to activate Bloodrush, which will dash Thyre to marked target. Bloodrush can be interrupted by CC [[range is 3/4 of a Nidalee spear range]]

MANA COST: (100/125/150/200/225)AD SCALING RATIO: 2:4

W: Crippling Swing

Thyre swing his hammer in a half circle, dealing (75/120/140/160/180) + ( 0 ) PHYSICAL damage, and slowing the target for **(0.75/1/1.5/2/2) **seconds. He may use up to three charges of Crippling Swing. [[similar to Riven's Q]]

MANA COST: (80/70/65/55/40)AD SCALING RATIO: 2:3

E: Betrayal

Thyre begins channeling a heal on an enemy champion, draining 5% of his CURRENT health each second. Based on how long the channel goes, Thyre then deals (100/120/130/150/180) MAGIC damage to an enemy target and heals him self for 40% of the damage done.. [Minimum Damage: 75 AP -- Maximum Channel: 350] This ability may be interrupted by CC.

MANA COST: None. Uses (5% at all ranks) health. •AP SCALING RATIO: 1:1

R: Varteau's Wrath

PASSIVE EFFECT: Every 5th auto attack, Thyre heals 10 percent of his CURRENT health. This percentage stays the same if he gains health.

ACTIVE EFFECT: Thyre becomes enraged, giving him bonus AD, (25/35/85) and may target an enemy champion within 500 units, rushing towards them at a increasing speed rate **(+365 movespeed every second). When Thyre reaches his target, he then knocks them forward 750 units, dealing (100/200/450) PHYSICAL damage. Cannot scale with AD or AP at all.

OTHER NOTES FOR CLARITY •Thyre is NOT able to kill himself with his E, nor is he able to heal an enemy champion and not do damage to said champion. •Crippling Swing, Thyre's W, is a half circle, basically half of a Darius' Q, and the same range. •The percentage healing on the passive effect of Varteau's Wrath CANNOT stack if Thyre gains said amount of health. •The 3 charges of Thyre's W are automatically give to him, he does not have to wait like VelKoz and his W.

  • Thyre's ultimate CAN be interrupted, but ONLY if it is a stun or a knock-up.

ANYWAYS GUYS, that's the skill set portion! I am not very good at art, so I don't think I will do the splash, but I might do the ability icons. I will update this as I go, since I don't want it to drift into the wind as a concept! Feedback on both the lore and the skill-set/base stats is HIGHLY appreciated, as it will help me with this and future concepts! If you find something that you think or know is broken or underpowered, please notify me in a respectful manner, and I will certainly change it!

Again, thank you for reading! AND PLEASE. COMMENT FEEDBACK AND UPVOTE!
