Generosity, compassion, humility - these are not attributes of a good leader. Good leader isn't a good man. Good leader does what needs to be done. Those things can be ugly, vile, but only a good leader can do them. Good leader is always a tyrant, he doesn't tolerate opposition. He will use fear, torture, lying, whatever is necessary, because he needs to do it. Good person will spare 10 people and will get 100 killed. Good leader will kill 10 people to save 100. Good person will tell the truth and cause a riot. Good leader will lie and keep his nation strong. Good person can be moral, he is allowed to make mistakes. The leader is never allowed to make mistakes, because he have a nation to rule. There is no such thing as peace, trouble is always waiting around the corner. -- King Yamach.

Q Build an Armored Tower Target an area and cause a towers to be built in that location. After 4 sec, a tower will be fully built and become operational (while towers is being built, it will not attack enemies). It will acts as a normal turret, but will provide an aura to all nearby friendly targets, increasing their armor by 6/9/12/15/18. If you have any pet minions, they will speed up the building, reducing built time by 1 sec per 1 pet minion.

Cast range: 300 Tower's attacks range: 400 Tower's attack damage: 40/60/80/100/120 Aura range: 400 Armor and magic resist: equal to a normal turret Health: 20% of a normal turret's health Maximum number of towers: 1/1/2/2/3 Cooldown: 20 sec Mana cost: 80

W The Shield of the Nation Passive: if your armor is greater than you magic resist, then while this ability lasts, you will reflect 25% of damage from basic attacks used against you. Reflects only physical damage. Damaged will be calculated before armor and damage immunities.

Active: target a direction and constantly face it (like Braum's shield wall) guard yourself and nearby friendly minions for 3 sec. You will take 20/25/30/35/40% less damage from attacks coming from that direction while this ability lasts. In addition, nearby minions behind you will move 12/14/16/18/20% faster and will be immune to hard CC and regenerate 2/3/4/5/6% of their maximum health every sec. If there is no friendly minions nearby when you activate this ability, then inflict fear into nearby enemies for 1.25 sec.

Your target will lose 20/25/30/35/40% of movement speed and 10/15/20/25/30 armor for duration of this ability. In addition, nearby friendly minions and pets will be taunted to attacks your target for duration of this ability. If there is no nearby friendly minions around your target when you activate this ability, then armor shred will be doubled.

Range: 500 Range in which no minions should be present for doubled shred: 450 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 sec Mana cost: 90

R Gruesome Inspiration Attempt to execute you target and deal 200/300/400 true damage to it. This ability will deal 50% more damage against enemies, who are at or bellow 35% of their maximum health. Enemy champions will take additional true damage equal 10% of their maximum health. This bonus damage doesn't scale with current health of your target. If this ability kills an enemy champion, you will inspire nearby friendly units for 3 sec. Allied champion will gain 30/40/50% bonus attacks speed, 5/ 7.5/ 10% bonus movement speed and 50% base health regeneration. These bonuses are tripled on friendly minions.

In addition, certain extra effects will be added to you, if you successfully execute an enemy champion with this ability: Build an Armored Tower: for next 3 sec, your towers will be built instantly and this ability will have 1 sec cooldown. The Shield of the Nation: for next 3 sec, using this ability will release a shock-wave towards targeted direction, knocking all enemies up for 0.75 sec. Word of Power: Enemy: for next 3 sec, using this ability will remove all damage absorbing shields from your target.

Range: 350 Radius of inspiration: 500 Range of shock wave: 450 Cooldown: 100/80/60 sec

I'm apparently blacklisted so I can't actually give feedback if I wanted.

Instead, how about a drinking game? Take a shot every time you see the words "In addition" to an ability. Take a second one if the ability would be perfect if everything after "In addition" was cut. It's not going to cause liver failure when browsing his champions, but you should end up buzzed anyways.

For everyone else viewing this and wondering why it's a bad champion...

Minion-based mechanics are universally poor. They only work in a specific situation (laning phase, while you HAVE minions) and offer no power you yourself can actually use. That means when you're trying to gank or take dragon or do anything outside of the lane, you no longer have access to those mechanics. The passive amplifying minion damage is questionable enough, but since it also amplifies the damage THEY take, it's both paradoxical (A Good Leader gets his dudes killed faster?) and detrimental (their ADC/Nasus is going to LOVE this).

While building mini-towers sounds useful, it's broadcasting its arrival for 4 seconds and obeys normal tower rules with a range of...wait, 400? Am I reading that right? Literally EVERY CHAMPION WITH A RANGED ATTACK can snipe that. Even frickin Janna at 425. This is nothing more than a waste of time with its shoddy damage, fixed low health that falls off as the game goes on, and 4 seconds of "QUICK, KILL ME BEFORE I CAN MAKE MY PLAYER FEEL USEFUL", on top of obeying the same tower targeting rules that let that Zed kill you under the tower unscathed. There's absolutely no scaling, either. And this is your Q. Look upon his works, ye mighty, and despair.

The W's passive is bad. It requires a condition that you may or may not fulfill depending on enemy team composition. The W's active is also bad. It's literally a worse Garen W, with the caveat that it makes minions faster so your enemy can kill them faster. Immunity to "hard" CC is a meaningless bonus to give to minions.

The E's passive is bad - see above, except it's doubly inexcusable since if you fulfill this condition, you have a free Smite. It's about the only interesting idea on the kit, debuffing an enemy and force-taunting them. The only problem here is that minions already get taunted if a champion hits you, so you've got an ability that does a basic game mechanic and...slows and armor shreds, I guess?

Now, remember: this champion has no direct damage, no CC that isn't a slow (which almost EVERYTHING has), and no support features. So what's the ult?

An execute.

Not even a good execute at that. Garen, Riven, and Darius' executes all scale with missing HP, and Riven and Darius also have AD ratios. Cho'Gath just straight-up chomps you for a ludicrous amount of true damage. Here, this guy basically needs you to be already dead and within killing range of literally anyone else. Now, if that works, hey, you've got a kill. What's the problem here?

This guy shouldn't be GETTING kills.

Look at his kit again. NO scaling at all. Zero. Zip. Nada. Nil. Even WITH scaling, he has no readily-usable offense, no reason to be focused, no ways of supporting allies beyond one crummy CC everyone else does better...If he gets a kill, you have lost gold overall. It's the same problem with Darius - sure, he can execute the enemy team, but now all that gold goes to him. You better hope he can carry you to victory.

Oh, and the buffs from actually landing the execute only last for a meaningless 3 seconds. Compare and contrast with Fiora's ultimate's duration on a successful kill (hint, twice as long, a big heal) for what a successful team-based buff on execute should look like.

To recap, we have:

  • A passive that only works with minions and lets the other team farm better
  • A tower that is outranged by everyone.
  • Two conflicting passives that only work if one build path is true.
  • A crummy Garen W.
  • A crummy basic mechanic of the game, bundled with a slow and armor shred and a free Smite.
  • An execute on a champion that has no business being in the game, let alone killing someone.
  • A total lack of any useful tools at all, unless you really like stalling games.
  • A complete inability to lane anywhere as a result.

In true regonas form, this guy is totally worthless as anything other than a troll pick.

But hey, he's not a Sin Lord or Pazuzu Anzu!

while I disagree with the tone of some of the comments here, they do have a point. this concept is very limited in its usefulness because he needs minions to work. also his W and E sorta contradict each other in that only one can be used at a time, and that doesn't seem like fun. you could fix that easily if you add some power to him that isn't minion related and change the conditions for his W and E. as far as numbers, I don't think there's much point to discuss that. hope I don't come out as hater, this just constructive criticism.

Cool idea but the minion power feels weak. If he could create his own minions it would be so much better and flow well, but he would then become Azir.

Also this tank has very little damage, no CC except a slow, and no mobility. I suggest you give him some CC.

I'm sorry about some of the other posts, they feel like they have mean intent.
