I get the feeling you are a Diana main.

I wouldn't mind seeing some of these items in game, particularly Ionian Chakrams. Nova's Storm is a bit tempting as well; being a mage version of Runaan's Hurricane. But, I feel it's too expensive and its stats too diversified.

Anyways, I could see these items as a plausible alternative build path for mages rather than full burst to utilize their ranged attacks similar to on-hit Kennen, Kayle, and Orianna. However, this probably wouldn't change the mid lane meta since it would still be dominated by ranged burst poke harass. It may open more mages to go top lane though.

The issue with itemization for proper AP-attack-speed champions is that only a small portion of the cast actually utilizes both stats properly; this would likely break them, since there would be about three champions these items would be viable on (Kayle, Diana, Azir, maybe an off-meta Twisted Fate that liked attack speed). While I love AP-attack-speed champions to death, I feel like specific itemization for them would lead to more issues than it would solve. That opinion aside, I'll look these over.

An Energized AP item is an obvious route; this wouldn't work on Azir due to it being an on-hit effect, but I'm going to glaze over that as well. I'm not 100% sure why you have magic resistance there. Doing some Math™, the actual gold's worth of stats your item gives you (excluding the passive, since that can't be measured very well), is 2123.75 gold-- the stats are only giving you 82% of the gold's worth, and considering your energized effect is just a glorified Nashor's Tooth, I'd say bump up the AP ratio to 20%. If this were to be a thing, as well, Nashor's Tooth would likely take a hit and go down to 10% AP ratio to make up for that. The falling-point of this is that, with Lichbane, you'd deal 65% AP on a single auto, which could feel a little less interactive, and my proposal would only make that worse. Lichbane would likely need to be tweaked, meaning it would only be a nerf to the champions who scaled with Lichbane but not this (Twisted Fate, Akali, Evelynn, etc).

Nova's Storm is, once again, a glorified Nashor's Tooth; your attacks deal bonus magic damage on-hit, scaling with your ability power. Something that is also of note here is that that is NOT how unique passives work; they give you the best of both worlds. This became evident when we got Statik Shiv and Rapid Firecannon; it gives you the range, as well as the lightning, but it only applied the damage of whichever one has more of it. While an AP Tiamat is interesting, there's a couple issues (namely, Kayle being absolutely broken).

The only thing I have to say about Tiera's Crescent Moon is that it has 112% gold efficiency; that is, for the gold you put into it, you're getting that, plus an extra 375 gold's worth of stats, and although the item is SOLID, it's kind of boring for a late game item that expensive to only give you stats.

Younan's Cursed Staff kind of just looks like the old Trinity Force and Lich Bane had a child; it's more of a hybrid item than an AP-attack-speed item. Gold-wise, it's pretty healthy, I feel, although I'd consider lowering it to 3600 instead of 3700.
