Netherstride Grimoire return idea, inspired by Donger's Dojo's Heimerdinger

Not sure if it needs a buff or some adjustments, but here it is.

This item was designed for immobile mages to provide some lane pressure, and to be able to make an escape when successfully pushing a turret or completing an epic monster objective. The guy in the following video plays Heimerdinger without flash and boots, and is shown to excel in the lane. I wanted to bring back Netherstride Grimoire to optimize this sort of playstyle. :)

I always welcome new ideas or rework ideas and stuff but this time I think it is not needed as the damage amplification on turret damage for AP users has been drastically increased already.

With this item, maybe Malzahar will become viable again.

Malzahar was intended to benefit from this. :)

Honestly I understand the issue that mages have when it comes to taking down the Turrets at early stages of the game but this would make their late game Turret destruction process a lot shorter than any other class, since they have a consumable elixir that helps against structures.

item 2139

Turrets are already weak as they are, please have mercy on them :(

Assume that the turrets would be healthy at the time this item would be implemented >_>.

Be cautious - threads have been removed or closed for similar terms lately

Wait really?

Yeah it was about a thread that said something along the lines "wardslivesmatter" and was changed from the moderation leading to a heated debatte about how far that is political and improper in terms in regards of the universal rules.

Gotta love the moderators lol
