Over half of Poppy's skins are either legacy or limited addition. Out of 6 skins, 4 of them can no longer be gotten.
Why is this? what makes Poppy so special that over half of her skins had to be removed from the shop?
I'm just curious because I dont think there is a another champ where a majority of their skins are removed (Though I may be wrong).
she is just a really old champion. I am just happy that I got her best skin(noxious). She wont receive a new skin until her rework which she is next for. Hopefully you can buy some of her older skins once it comes out

As 0112358fib mentioned, she is an old champion, and with older champions, we tend to 'retire' their older skins into the legacy vault. That said, those skins will periodically come back when the legacy vault is opened. Poppy's skins that are retired are all from 2010, which is also the release year of the champion! (Holy crap, it's been a while.)
Taric and Poppy also fall into the Champion Update space, which means that until they receive their updates, they won't be receiving a new skin. We'd like to see what their new look is before we give them a new outfit to go along with it. :] Any ideas for what you'd like to see in regards to skins for her in the future?
