[Champion Concept] Professor Stanwick, The Well-Endowed Polymath
Oh yes - you read the title correctly. Professor Stanwick; foremost scholar of Zaun. The man who invented Blitzcrank all by himself and utilised his own research to revive Urgot has finally (finally) decided to throw his hat into the ring! Conceptualised as a man of enviable intelligence, but boasting no particular outstanding feats as an inventor, Stanwick instead utilises his far-reaching influence to secure reliable funding options and developed technologies (prooooobably not stolen from other people) in order to gradually improve his standing on the Summoner's Rift.
Stanwick's passive, Collaborative Financing, is the centrepiece of his design. Forced into unseemly circumstances due to even less seemly alleged (ALLEGED) charges, Stanwick must resecure the confidence of his backers and rebuild his former prestige - preferably at the expense of his immediate competition in of the champions he encounters while competing on the Summoner's Rift (Who the heck is even supplying people like Lucian?)
I may do some quotes and extended lore as time progresses, but there isn't really much to tell. Stanwick just wants the paper! Maybe a short story? :P

#Playstyle
Hovering comfortably above the chaotic fray of the battlefield below him, Stanwick relishes in his ability to pick and choose when (and with whom) he gets involved. A high mobility but low-range AP bruiser who relies heavily on his standard attacks, Stanwick is best utilised to pick off isolated targets - tearing away at their HP, mobility and resistances through use of his Hextech Flayer (patent pending). Gratuitously outfitted with some of the most sophisticated technologies available to date, Stanwick can cover ground quickly, project kinetic barriers capable of forcing enemies (and projectiles!) out of melee range and even romp around the rift in a powerful exo-suit capable of magnifying both his offensive and defensive capabilities. He may have a shady reputation as an (ALLEGED) thief, but make no mistake - Stanwick's name still carries a lot of influence. With an ever-expanding arsenal of equipment and abilities at his disposal, Stanwick excels at controlling the the flow of battle around him.
#Champion Kit
(Please note that all numbers are incredibly rough estimates to be used in guideline fashion. There are so many values and features packed into this kit that balancing growth potential from theoretical conception would be nearly impossible.)

Passive: Collaborative Financing
Free enterprise is the very foundation of the Zaunite ideal! As such, it is imperative to do all you can to secure the confidence of your backers, shareholders and sponsors! As Stanwick battles on the Summoner's Rift, he will gain valuable field test data for his gear, demonstrating its versatility and gaining stacks of** Collaborative Financing**. Finances influence the effectiveness of Stanwick's abilities and can be secured in the following ways:
- Dealing damage to units: 1 stack per hit (max 3 stacks per single ability use.)
- Defeating minions and monsters: 5 stacks per kill.
- Defeating enemy champions: 100 stacks (1/2 for assists)
- **Defeating Viktor
: **101 stacks (1/2 for assists)
As Stanwick roams the battlefield, he will regularly receive timed sponsor requests that, if completed, will result in large amounts of bonus funding. These requests will pop up on screen, provide visual cues and may include:
- Assisting in the takedown of a dragon or Baron that has been actively spawned for at least 1 minute - 200 stacks.
- Shutting down a nearby enemy currently on a killing spree - 100 bonus stacks (assists count)
- Destroying a targeted nearby structure within a very short time limit (modified by game timer and structure health) - 150 stacks.
- Ensuring a nearby low-health ally that has recently taken damage is not defeated for a short period of time -** 100 stacks.**
- Moving between a collection of battlefield checkpoints (includes obstacles such as wall jumps and turret dives) - ** 50 stacks per objective.**
- Eliminating a number of units within the time limit (includes units that you hit but don't score last hits on) -** 75 stacks.**
- Defending a nearby turret (must clear all opponents away from the turret within the time limit without leaving) -** 30 stacks.**
- Defeating a nearby wave in under 20/15/10 seconds (based on current level) -** 25 stacks.**
#Q - Hextech Flayer Mk.(1-8)
Passive - Light Vine Stanwick's standard attacks gradually tear his enemies apart at a molecular level, dealing an additional 10/20/30/40/50 (+.10 AP) magic damage on hit.
Active - Fragment **Mana Cost: ** 40/45/50/55/60 Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds Stanwick's next standard attack will deal an additional 30/60/90/120/150 (+0.35) AP damage and slow its target(s) by 10% for 1 second.
Collaborative Financing auto-upgrades
- 200 stacks: Enemies defeated by Stanwick's standard attacks - or through use of the Flayer's active, Fragment - will refund 0.25% total mana.
- 600 stacks: Fragment now slows enemy movement by 25% on hit.
- 1000 stacks: Fragment now causes an electric shockwave at the point of impact, dealing 50% damage to nearby foes over 2 seconds. Won't stack.
- 1600 stacks: Standard attacks now passively strike in a cone. Fragment's added effects may still only apply to the initial target.
- 2200 stacks: Fragment becomes instant, gains 175 bonus range and can be cast even while silenced.
- 3000 stacks: Activating Fragment charges the Hextech Flayer, doubling the passive damage of Light Vine for 4 seconds.
- 6000 stacks: Enemies struck by Light Vine have their amour and magic resist reduced by 1%, stacking up to 10 times.
- 10,000 stacks: Fragment's shockwave's damage and radius are doubled. Additionally, Fragment's effects are applied to all targets (can not stack)
#W - Kinetic Projector Mk.(1-8)
**Mana Cost: ** 45/60/75/90/105 Cooldown: 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 seconds Radius: 300 Stanwick projects a wave of particles around himself, pushing all enemies to the edge of the projection and dealing 30/75/120/165/210 (+0.65 AP) magic damage.
- 100 stacks: Minions, pets and monsters caught in the wave are stunned and unable to attack for 2 seconds.
- 400 stacks: After a 2 second delay, Returns a 3 second shield equal to (2% of current health)*(number of enemies hit by projection). Max 10 targets.
- 800 stacks: Enemies slammed into walls now take 30% bonus damage.
- 1500 stacks: Radius increased to 450 (standard attack range). Enemy champions are now stunned for 0.5 seconds when hit.
- 3800 stacks: Projectiles in range of the initial Kinetic Projection are stricken from the air, rendered harmless.
- 5000 stacks: Stun radius increased to 550. Does not affect pushback or damage radius.
- 8000 stacks: The ground beneath the projection is torn up and shredded. Enemies who attempt to pass over the wreckage are slowed by 20%.
- 15,000 stacks: After 2 seconds, Kinetic Projector may be reactivated within 3 seconds. This reactivation is free, but only half as effective as a standard use of Kinetic Projector (ALL values - including range - are halved).
#E - G-PAD (Ground-Parallel Aerodynamic Device) Mk.(1-8)
Passive Stanwick hovers comfortably above the chaotic fray of the battlefield, ignoring unit collision when passing through small minions and monsters.
Active **Mana Cost: ** 30/35/40/45/50 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Maximum Dash Distance: 150 Stanwick activates the thrusters on his G-Pad, dashing a short distance over 0.5 secs. During dash motion, Stanwick will continue to attack his current target as per normal (as long as they are in range).
- 300 stacks: Moving or dashing through/over a hostile target causes them to take (Stanwick's level)+(0.15AP) magic damage over 2 seconds. This effect may stack once per second, up to 3 times.
- 500 stacks: G-PAD may now be reactivated once within 2.5 seconds of the initial cast to dash a second time.
- 900 stacks: Stanwick now ignores large monster and champion collision effects.
- 1800 stacks: Initial Dash range increased to 200 units. Secondary dash range remains unchanged.
- 4000 stacks: The G-PAD is fitted with whirring blades that protrude during the initial dash attempt, knocking foes aside as Stanwick passes and doubling the G-PAD's current DoT effect on targets. Reactivated dashes do not benefit from this effect.
- 7000 stacks: Stanwick may now activate the G-PAD without sufficient mana, at the expense of a self-silence for 2.5 seconds.
- 9000 stacks: Stanwick gains 20% passive slow resistance.
- 11,000 stacks: Initial dash range is increased to 250 units. Secondary dash remains at 100 units, however: Dashing will now lay a retraceable track down behind Stanwick. If G-PAD is recast on this track, Stanwick will return to his point of origin; effectively gaining 150 units of additional dash range on the recast.
#R: - Execu-Skeleton Mk.(1-3) **Mana Cost: ** 150 Duration: 12 seconds Cooldown: 140/110/80 seconds Stanwick recedes into his G-PAD and drops onto the ground, below; miraculously fitted in a shiny, new Exosuit. Whilst using the Exosuit, Stanwick earns double stacks of Collaborative Financing, gains 0/15/30% increased movement speed and 20/30/40% bonus armour + magic resistance.
- 5500 stacks: Stanwick may now use his Kinetic Projector while dashing with the Execu-Skeleton. If used while Stanwick is on top of a hostile champion, that champion will not be pushed back; instead being stunned for 1.5 seconds.
- 12000 stacks: Stanwick gains a second Light Vine while in Execu-form, striking targets a second time for an additional 20% magic damage.
- 18000 stacks: Every 4 seconds, Stanwick reduces the cooldown timer of all current abilities still on cooldown by 20%.
Another fun concept: The Four Tokens of Odium
(although he does come with some unique things, like the whole sponsor-thing,the hover platform and the exoskeleton,I am not sure if these are enough to make him stand out, especially since the exoskeleton is an ult-only thing)
