Design Philosophy: Faoug was a response to another post asking if League could ever get another dragon. I don't think it will be anytime soon but when it does happen it definitely won't be in the traditional sense, I think riot will continue to flex their creative muscles especially when it comes to dragon designs. This is how i came up with Faoug, which I designed to be a fun an mechanically challenging tanky diver focused on spreading as much of its own undead destruction around as it can turning its surroundings into an eerie environment filled with the black mist and grasping specters that enemies will have to dance through to avoid, as it sucks the lifeforce from everything around it.

Theme: Undead, Black Mist, Dracolich, Volcanic Ash, Aircraft Carrier, Smoke, Carbonkenesis, Mage Tank (resists Mages and Magic dmg)

Passive: Black Breath of the Mist Casting abilities leaves Black Mist for 10 sec. Any enemy unit within this Mist causes the Mist to visibly move when/where they move. Q-where linearAoE moves/ AA leave black mists on the location of the target unit. W-leaves clouds for each unit the rifts damage and trails for all claws afterwards. E-creates black mist right under it/ leaves clouds for each unit hit by clouds blown away Cloud Radius: 70. Abilities interact with the Mist.

Passive: Internal Eternal Mist Horde Taking down units in the Black Mist grants size, magic resist, tenacity, and a stored Specter. Specters are consumed through abilities. Killing a CC’d unit creates a Specter. Specters form over 0.75 sec creating a black mist cloud around them, becoming tethered 125 units to their spawn location. They will AA any enemy unit within this area, and have 15% of the Dracolich’s stats. If a Specter is slain all black mists within 200 units are removed.

Q - Ectoplastic Flow: Linear AoE Range: 550/ width: 200 The Dracolich inhales losing MS/turing rate and exhales a billowing cloud of Black Mist for 2 sec, dealing DoT every 0.2 sec to enemies. Enemies damaged by Black Mist for 1 sec are rooted for 1 sec. Gains ranged AA for 5 sec after casting.

W - Umbral Fissure: Range: 200/1200 units 150 degrees 1st Cast: The Dracolich quickly turns towards the mouse location swiping its claws in cone, creating fissures from each nearby cloud of black mist, moving in an arc around it, silencing champions and CC effects of each ability they hit for 1 sec. 2nd Cast: creates damaging mist claws from each cloud that follows the fissure paths.

E - Shadowfell flight: Range: 1000/ Recharge: 8/7/6/5/4/ Max # of charges: 4 Initial Casts: The Dracolich flaps its massive wings rising into the air moving black mists clouds 200 units away damaging units they pass, and extending the duration and ms of the final cast, subsequent casts must be done within 6 sec of the previous. Final cast: The Dracolich becomes Ghosted gaining (10/25/45/90%) increased MS over 1/2/4/8 sec based on the number of previous cast. Every time it enters a new cloud it gains a 0.75 sec spellshield and a stacking shield. The next ability cast will leave all stored specters where it hits an enemy champion.

R - Pull of the Abyss: Radius: 700---Damage reduction: 10%(+10% per champ affected) The Dracolich Inhales pulling out a Specter 200 units from each enemy champion reducing their dmg against him and pulling in a portion from every cloud of black mist. Each cloud damages units and steals MR on their way to it increasing its size, and granting it 5% bonus MR for each cloud absorbed. If a champion runs into their Specter they take it back. For 12 sec it negates and steals 15/30/45% of all healing effects and sources within range.

Fauog was once a guard dragon on the Blessed Isles that protected the natural treasures of the Island from would be intruders. The dark corruption has transformed this once noble beast. Because of its immense amount of life energy that has stubbornly refused to go out it attracted a large amogulmation of spirits like moths to a flame so it has become something of a hive mind as each spirit tries to get to the core of the dragons being transforming it into a Dracolich. It now houses an unfathomable amount of spirits within its body, so much so that it could be mistaken that it itself is a source of the Black Mist All the spirits fight inside within, but when they unite powers they coalesce into an exponentially more powerful being within the Dracolich. It lumbers around and because of its huge size the spirits have made something of a village within it. It takes huge amounts of energy just to move when the spirits are fighting so it spends most of its time either in a eerie statue like state or slumbering underground waiting for the spirits to come to a consensus. This is why it hasn't been seen for ages. But now it rises.

another dragon The Wyvern, Protector of the Elderwood Diver

Passive - Root Split After casting an ability on the next AA, the Wyvern smashes it’s hand into the ground, and a large, spiky Plant erupts out of the ground in a circle around it deals damage to units that touch it each time they touch it. This Plant has HP (= 10% Wyverns Max HP) and stays on the map until destroyed.

Q - Fungus Bomb Wyvern rips a chunk of the fungus Plant on it’s body out, and grips it while it aims, releasing a cloud of spores that deals DoT and heals Allies over time. Recasting throws it where aimed. This bomb can damage champions while traveling, if they walk on it on the ground, it explodes.

W - Uproot Wyvern again smashes it’s hand in the ground and rips some massive Plant roots upward, out of the ground blocking the next instance of damage in the direction its facing. If its within 800 units of any Plants or Trees on the map it rips up roots towards the Plant or Tree slowing and dealing Linear AoE damage.

E - Root network Upon casting for the next 5 sec, Wyvern can recast E to dive into the ground and dash to any Plant or Tree on the map within 900 units. Upon arrival he will wait inside the Plant or Tree gaining damage reduction until giving a movement command upon which he will burst from location deaing AoE dmg.

R - Chemotropism(couldn't quickly find a good word ) Wyvern breaths gases ahead in a cone dealing DoT for 3 sec reducing the damage of any abilities in the Cone. If there are any Plants in the AoE they all increase in size and deal damage to any units they come in contact with while expanding.
