Idea to reduce the "we were winning but lost because 1 guy got caught" episodes
New item: "Chain of borrowed time" Effect: Can only be bought while dead, and when you buy it you revive immediately; it cannot be sold nor consumed.
Essentially, when you get caught out lategame you can revive immediately and go help your team, but at the cost of permanently losing 1 item slot. This cost is to prevent it being used to drag the game forever... you don't lose then and there, but the enemy still gets something worthy when successfully killing you.
Imo it could even be allowed to be bought multiple times (up to 6 of course).
